I stopped here for a workout while travelling around Portugal in a small camper van. The staff were very friendly, there is a good range of equipment and the price for a day pass is very reasonable. I was also able to park my vehicle in the parking lot without too much difficulty. There's also a supermarket in the same building so this is a great place to stop for a workout, a shower and some groceries.

Highly recommended! Came here once during my holiday because I wanted to keep my flow. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, high end and modern equipment, personal trainers at your disposal if necessary, not too crowded,... I had a great time there and will definitely return every time I'm in the area!

Great place to workout! Nice stuff, there is also an area for free weights and Crossfit workouts. The people who work there are very kind.

Utilizei o ginásio durante o período de férias e gostei muito, muito boa apresentação, simpatia, ginásio moderno e bem equipado, bem frequentado, vários PT's disponíveis, muito bem, recomendo vivamente!
