O Palheiro

We ordered fish soup, mixed meat platters and shrimps. Soup was one of the best we ever had. Grilled meat was so juicy and tasty. And finally delicious shrimps with garlic sauce. Friendly staff.

Friendly and effective service, even having full house. Just had my first try there and I loved it! Taste the local cousine with good prices and delicious dishes!! Five stars for the staff!! While usually other places tend to treat you harsher when they are busy and stressed, "O Palheiro" was professional and friendly all over. Big Yes!!

Don’t know what people were talking about. Our service was great! The young waiter couldn’t have been nicer. We speak no Portuguese and, with some effort, we were able to understand the menu and both picket the mixed meal grill. Food was very tasty and the portions were large, especially for the price. The local red wine The kitchen staff were adorable and good at their tasks. Would definitely go again if I in the area.

Yes, you might need to wait a bit for your food. Take a starter in the meanwhile. Their food is freshly cooked and i dont care how long my fish takes when it arrives that delicious (didnt took that long anyway).

It’s a must to have dinner at least once to this place .It’s a small family restaurant and the food it’s a delight .even if
You’re passing by you must stop here .They do not speak English properly however the menu it is easy to understand

They dont speak english, but it wasnt problem at all! They even showed me the steak they will prepare me :-)

Atendimento fantástico. Me senti o tempo em um lugar extremamente agradável. Os donos fazem nos sentirmos em casa.
A comida é outro ponto. Tudo fresquinho. As amêijoas são de tirar o chapéu. Os grelhados maravilhosos. E sem falar nas sobremesas.
Tudo uma delícia.

Todo fue bastante bien! El restaurante está cerca del centro y es un lugar tranquilo y limpio. La comida, clásica portuguesa, bastante buena y los precios se adaptaban bien al plato. Las camareras eran muy amables y sonrientes. Muy acogedor, ciertamente!
