Our first experience with traditional French food, and it was a 10. Authentic food, well served without pretension, and more than reasonable prices for the area.
The super cozy atmosphere, the decoration you can love it 😍 or you can hate it, but surely it will not leave anyone indifferent.

A pity that we did not discover it on our last day of stay, we will repeat for sure in the future👍🤤❤👏🇨🇵

Our first meal in Portugal was just across from our apartment. French cuisine for friends and family. We had a varied selection for lunch which I recommend. Draught beer on tap-because we're Scottish lol, we plan to have breakfast here as we are in the Real Marina Residence apartments and are just opposite. They are closed on Monday but open Tuesday-Sunday 10-9pm
Just had the pork with potatoes - melt in your mouth delicious.

Wow, the value for money was outstanding, The ethics of restaurant are enlightening, fabulous service great to get fresh real food not pre prepared and frozen, the best pork I've ever had! and I have been on earth a long time. I can't eat anymore, the starter was so lovely and LARGE, as well as the main portions. All of us are saying this is the best meal we have had this holiday, and we will be back as often as we can.

Lovely experience, friendly hosts, small menu only a few dishes which change frequently. The food was delicious and authentic. We had beef bourguinon which had good sized meaty chunks of beef.Good prices too.

A hidden gem! It's a café/bistro run by a lovely French family. We stopped for lunch. There are a small selection of assiettes and a couple of more substantial dishes. We had mignon du porc (pork fillet with Dijon mustard) and a duck confit lasagne. Both served with a cauliflower cheese cassoulet and salad and green lentils. Both were fantastic and 10€ each, as was the decent bottle of white wine.
We've been to Olhao a couple of times and this is the meal we have enjoyed most.

Edit having read other reviews: this is a French bistro serving French food. If you want traditional Portuguese food, there are plenty of other restaurants which serve that. The menu is changed daily and written on chalkboards in French, English and Portuguese.

It is a wonderful place, indoors and outdoors, colorful, eclectic and interesting inside, beautiful views outside. It is family run and lunch and dinner is different culinary surprise everyday. It is very relaxing to dine here any time of the day. I luv being here 💛🧡💚

Endroit très sympathique, très bon et bien servi. Patron et sa femme très agréable, super cuisine toute faite maison avec des produits frais. Prix avec plat, foie gras et dessert 22€. Par personne.
