Laboratorija pizza&coffee

Just wow! I ate pizza Margherita with Buffalo mozzarella and this is definitely one of the best and most original pizza in Novi Sad and perhaps in whole Serbia. Dough is amazing, so crunchy and so thin. But I expected it to be more hollow on the end, as canotto style would be. It had pretty much air but not as much as I thought. Tomato sauce was a little bit sweeter but it was excellent. Buffalo Mozzarella was the best I've had on a pizza ever (Still haven't been in Italy yet). You can see the dough was little bit burnt but that's the best part. Basil wasn't burnt because it was placed at the end. Everything is so fresh and authentic. The crust still amazes me... Perfection... Service is very polite, nice, talkative. Pizza final rating: 9.3 - very, very good

Absolutely amazing pizza, perfect amount of spice and flavor. I'd probably go back to Novi sad just to try the focaccia sandwiches that looked gorgeous.

Love the focaccia! Super tasty, I often take numbers 2,3 and 4. Coffee is good as well, I like the idea of serving hot cappuccino in small plastic bottles, so neat!

Just wow... I tried so many times to make neapolitan style pizza at home, but my oven just didn't cut it. No matter the ingredients, good technique, there was always something missing. I was craving for real, Italian pizza and Pizzalab delivered. Thank you, guys. You rock. Highly recommend.

Best pizza in Novi sad, almost like it is actually in Italy!

This pizza is great on so many levels, that it's hard to decide what to review first... perhaps the following order:

1. Quality of the dough
2. Quality of the toppings
3. Blending it all together in a balanced taste
4. It's munchy and juicy yet crispy

A personal preference though - I find the edge a bit too massive for my taste, even though it's perfectly well baked.

I'm glad that there exists this level of quality in my home town.

Very rare to find such a good pizza in this town. The best type of dough is the long-fermented one. The topings are the premium quality ingredients. I remember the pizza sause was exquisite. This is the Naples-style pizza. Not for those with bad taste.

Good pizza, tasty dough and spicy pepper. Size is also good. Only drawback cut in 4 pieces.

Best PREMIUM pizza in town and probably whole Serbia. Also they always deliver under 25-30 min.
