Sunshine Yoga/Casa De Mangos

Hi, or hola as they say in Central America. I just returned from my first visit to El Salvador. After many years of rejection, I finally accepted an invitation from my smart and beautiful daughter, Casey and my wonderful grandson Esteban. Her home and rental property is absolutely Amazing! It is a gated property, in a gated community. One entrance is just feet away from the Pacific Coast Highway. The other entrance or gated exit, opens to a brick paved city street in the ever so
friendly beach town of El Tunco. Casa De Mangos is nicely decorated with pretty flowering plants, mango and banana trees with lots of shade. The accommodations are colorful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, courteous and respectful. Manuel is an excellent, on staff surf instructor, and if you like a video of yourself, as a beginner or Pro, see Gustavo. He’s an excellent videographer. And of course, if you would like to work some kinks out your body, try some yoga stretches or poses with Ms Casey. She’s quite good!
The local business owners, surf instructors are all pleasant to be around. If you want take a trip to get away from the rapid pace of a big city, need a slower quieter environment with excellent surfing, good cooking, beautiful sunsets, and just very friendly people. Casa De Mangos, El Tunco, is hard to beat. When you go, tell them Gary sent you and “Hola” my friends.

Great stay in El Tunco. Location is off the main in a quiet area, rooms were comfortable and all common areas were clean. Casey is a great host

Beatiful and great energy, good to relax and chill on the Hammock. Surrounded by nature. Great to practice Yoga and Surf.
