Our 2 night experience at Panvaree The Greenery was absolutely amazing.
The service was impeccable from the very first long tail pick up to the return to the pier. The staff perfectly awaited our arrival at the hotel and ushered all guests to their rooms. The staff handled all luggage and wouldn’t allow the guests to lift a finger. The tour guides spoke excellent English and were very informative, helpful and friendly during our stay. They were pros at spotting the wildlife! Thanks Sun and Sai!
The food was exceptional, given the remoteness of the resort, while the quantities were overly generous. If you were still hungry, the staff would happily provide more food until you were full. Cocktails and other drinks could be purchased for an extra fee, but were very well priced.
Between the included tour guided activities and the watercraft’s provided it was easy to fill the time. We paddled the kayaks along the shoreline and spotted some otters, but also had time to chill and relax on the floating mattresses, or enjoy the breathtaking views from our front doorstep.
The rooms were quaint and tidy, but we spent minimal time in the room aside from sleeping.
Overall I would definitely recommend staying at this resort and would come back in a heartbeat!

Such a great trip! The hotel is really amazing, the view is superb. The rooms are really cute and have AC (from 5pm-9am but that’s plenty, you have a fan when the AC is not available). The food is great too. All in all, great destination, definitely a must do - however, wouldn’t recommend for more than one night as this is plenty to do everything there is to do.

This was truly an incredible, must do experience. The staff at the resort are kind, helpful, and almost become like family in the days you stay there. Our tour guide throughout our stay (Bond) and the resort manager particularly stuck out as team players who consistently went above and beyond. The food was incredible, the chefs provided consistent food with a great variety for everyone. And I haven’t even touched on the views! This resort is truly beautiful. Breath taking scenery from everywhere, the chance to feed the fish and koi was fun, and there are lots of water floaters, kayaks, etc provided. Do not skip out on this incredible resort!

While a lot is still available in this location, you can run your day the way they recommend at get a bit of 'switch off' from all the rest of the world in this place.
Staff are very helpful, speak good English, take care of everything.
We had to pay 200baht/person to enter the location as it is an entry fee to National park. Also, while you are there extra items are of charge such as SUP board, cocktails, extra food in addition to what has been procided etc. The rest comes into package and you will be taken care of.
Good place to get away.
If you can't though and need all the signals you can use WiFi on site still.

Me and my husband came here as part of our honeymoon trip and we couldn’t be more thankful. First the communication with the hotel was excellent, they booked transport from the airport to the pier where we met at the restaurant and then the boat to the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, everyone greeting you and happy to serve you in any way. We chose the downstairs room and it was perfect, simple but had everything needed to be out in nature. The food was amazing, breakfast, lunch and dinner included with wonderful Thai food. Asides from that, we told them it was our honey moon and they surprised us with a special decorated table for dinner. It was amazing!! We are so thankful and happy we came here!

Once in a lifetime hotel. Tremendous views every morning, easy to and from. The water is clean and deep, and the hotel seems to do a good job managing waste in this fragile ecosystem. Kayaks are available to explore the coast (monkeys, apes, bear, birds...). Great food. I wish that we had more time to hike in the park!

We had a 2 night package at the Panvaree The Greenery, and loved every bit of it. Smooth transfer, nice rooms, very good excursions for observing wildlife and enjoying the lake experience. The food was delicious and with enough variation and staff readily adapted to accomodate for allergies and feed sensitivities in our group.

Absolutely worth every dollar spent on the 2 nights my wife and I stayed here. Great food and an abundance of it. Even good coffee!
The service from the staff was also incredible.
Our tours were amazing and the guide had great English and was full of fun facts and had some great banter too.

This is a must visit place in Thailand.

Amazing place to stay in the national park.
- Staff is extremely friendly
- The place itself is amazing
- Kayak is included
- They provide you with a program with activities by email, some boat tours around the area etc (wasn’t clear that this was included at the time of booking)
- All meals were included and were very tasty
- We arrived back at the pier around 10h15-10h30 in case you want to preorder a transfer, there are taxis and minivans at the pier available tho
- The fossil fuel generators makes me question the sustainability tho..

This was the highlight of my Thailand trip! It's a picture perfect resort with the friendliest people. They pick you up at a set time (no other option then that exact boat or except for paying an additional 1700 THB) with a nice boat with cover against the sun. It's a 40min trip to the resort. The resort itself is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and the food is perfect! They also take you on 'a safari' in the boat, however, the explanation is very limited. The guide can make very good pictures though! You can also take a kayak and explore for yourself. I would 100% recommend this place, it's wonderful!

The rooms are clean and have basic amenities which is all you need

Electricity is available at set hours (5pm to 9pm). You can charge electronics in the reception area during the day.

If you get seasick I'd give this a miss as the rooms all float on the lake and have a tendency to rock back and forth slightly.

The views are stunning! Staff are very attentive and friendly.

Absolute bliss definitely worth coming here. It is worth getting up to do the sunrise trip. Saw elephants playing around bathing themselves which was a bonus!

What a place, what an experience! After our 3-days 2-nights stay in Panvaree the Greenery we can just say: If you have a chance, go for it.

The location, the serenity, the surrounding nature and the animals, the staff, the tours, the rooms, the cocktails in local restaurant... everything was just amazing.

This is an amazing place! The food is amazing, the rooms are so clean and Nice, the view is out of this World. The staff are the nicest people ever! Cannot recommend this enough. So worth it. 🫶🏻

Nestled within the stunning Khao Sok National Park in Surat Thani Province, Thailand, Panvaree The Greenery offers a tranquil retreat amidst nature's splendor. Situated in an area spanning 285 square miles, including the picturesque 64-square-mile Cheow Lan Lake formed by the Ratchaprapha Dam, this lodge stands 1,969 feet above sea level, with a peak at 3,117 feet. The park boasts the largest expanse of virgin forest in southern Thailand, rivaling the Amazon in age and biodiversity.

Panvaree The Greenery is a verdant oasis, floating gracefully on the pristine lake. The lodge provides a surreal experience, enveloping guests in breathtaking scenery that truly celebrates the beauty of nature. Our stay consisted of occupying one of their two-story overwater duplexes, featuring a bedroom on each level and a full bathroom equipped with TV, fan, and air conditioning. The first floor also boasts a private patio, perfect for admiring nature's beauty, witnessing stunning sunrises and sunsets, or even taking a refreshing dip right from the bedroom.

The all-inclusive package offered wholesome meals, transportation to/from the pier, and remarkable excursions. The breakfast buffet was delightful, with made-to-order eggs being a standout. Lunch and dinner never disappointed, featuring a variety of vegetable, protein dishes, soups, and delectable fruits, sweets, as well as juices, mocktails, and drinks. The excursions were truly extraordinary, including the awe-inspiring experience of observing Asian wild elephants. Witnessing a mother and baby elephant playing in the lake and feasting on bamboo leaves was a memorable highlight. Boat tours to the distinctive karst rock formations rising above Cheow Lan Lake provided breathtaking views of sunrise and sunset.

Another remarkable excursion involved a boat journey to Khlongsaeng Wildlife National Park, followed by a hike over the mountain to catch a bamboo raft floating on the water. The hike continued to Pakarang Cave, where flowing water creates a mesmerizing environment adorned with stalagmites and stalactites. The Coral Cave, aptly named for its formations resembling sea coral, presented a captivating scene in the darkness, emphasizing the need for preservation as these delicate formations can perish within minutes.

Panvaree The Greenery comes highly recommended for nature enthusiasts and adventurers alike. Our experience was truly extraordinary, a trip of a lifetime. Many thanks and appreciation to the dedicated staff, the talented chef, and our knowledgeable excursion guide, Bon.

One of the most magical places I've been. The hotel sits on the side of an amazingly beautiful mountain range. As part of the package, the hotel offers full and very good meals in addition to free lake tours and kayaking trips. The most special thing there is the excellent staff of the place, a staff so dedicated to work, they always make sure you don't lack anything, bring more food as long as you ask, run to you to take your luggage. In short, we highly recommend coming to this resort that made our experience at the lake exceptional. Thank you very much !!

Such a place is This, Khao sok national park, and here is the Floating Hotel, Panvaree the Greenary!
A guide picked us from Ratchaprapha marina and a 45 minute boat ride dropped us in this phenomenal location.
We stayed here for two days one night, such a romantic ambience and vibes here.
The foods are too delicious where it is served in such a remote places, the food varieties ( though it is fix from their side) are excellent and tasty too. We had 1st day lunch, dinner, next day breakfast. You can buy beer , cocktail, mocktail on your own choice, but before 8 PM.
There is an evening Safari in a long tail boat with an English speaking guide.
After an hour Safari we took rest and dinner time arrived. After dinner , chilled out in the balcony of the villa, keeping the large limestone cliff in our backdrop.
Next day, what a mesmerizing scene outside! The bluish tint in the sky with slight golden touch was looking magical. We went for a morning Safari and wild Animal watching like monkey, elephant etc.
Coming back from Safari with a light feeling, we did our buffet breakfast and ready to checkout from this magical place ✨🪄.
Hope we can go back again in this phenomenal place.

Beautiful location and great staff! My husband and I had a wonderful time swimming & kayaking in the lake. We also went on a small guided trek to the coral cave which was right out of some fantasy book. All of these were part of our 2N package along with all meals. Highly recommend this hotel for a magical experience!

This is the most tranquil and secluded experience I have in Thailand. It’s uncanny to be so deep in nature yet to have such modern comfort. I could only book one night online, but was lucky enough to stay for two because of other’s cancellations. So it’s worth asking if you are there.

Our stay at Panvaree the Greenery was surreal. This floating hotel is a gem located in Khao Sok National Park, and was one of the most beautiful and magical places we've ever visited. The view from the room is mesmerizing, and you can access the lake from the balcony! They offer lifejackets and floating mats to enjoy the lake and kayaks to explore around. The staff is lovely and super attentive; they definitely make sure you have a 5-star stay experience. They have a pre-selected menu, which we were a bit skeptical about, but everything they cooked was delicious, we enjoyed the food a lot!

Just magical. Accommodation is intimate, and things like loud aircon and thin walls (we had noisy neighbours) may bother some. But nothing can detract from the stunning setting, the doting staff service, and being able to step outside your front door and jump into the water. Our 2 night stay here was the standout highlight from our 3 week family vacation in Thailand. Highly recommended.
