Very nice owner. 350 Baht for a day pass is not expensive .water and towel included. Good and clean overall gym. Also various options for motorbike rent .

Free water and towels. Well equipped. Nice owner. I did my daily training there for a month. Very recommendable. Motorbikes are also available for a great price.

I've just finished my Sunday workout in this impressive gym. The facilities include state of the art machines and free weights with an upstairs cardio area. The owner brought all the equipment with him from Germany and it is clean and well maintained.

I have been training in New Karon Gym for 2 months between January and February 2022. It is perfect to work out and shape a muscled body. Andy, the boss is very nice and very professional. I will go back because it is the best place to train between Patong and Kata in Phuket. Price for Value

Whilst at the gym the other day this guy came in banging weights needlessly and even after he was warned continued and also became abusive. The owner showed great restraint and asked him to leave refunding his money. Even after that, he remained and made a nuisance of himself. The man now obviously has made his intentions to destroy the reputation of a great gym and great owner. Please ignore any one 🌟 ratings that he and now his friends are posting as of 3 days ago. I have no affiliation with the owner or the gym. Just a couple of tourists from Australia using the gym and having witnessed the event. Good gym to train, has what you need.

Nice gym with a lot of equipment, especially machines, good ones! Good amount of free weights as well for BP DL etc and wide range dumbbells. Second floor had a lot of cardio machine. Fresh and cool AC, friendly owner. Will be my home gym when I'm in Karon for sure!
It's not good to be in the sun all day so go hit the weights for a while ! :)

First time here. Had a great workout. The space is large and well laid out, and there are more machines and equipment then you will ever need.

The AC was off when I walked in (which makes sense during low season with few customers), but they turned it on as soon as I arrived, so it was all good. Plus, the owner is very nice and helpful.

Nice Gym with a lot of equipment! There 23 stations for work out so you can exercise all the body. It is recommended for beginners and also for professionals! I exercise every time I make holiday in Karon / Phuket. Friendly owner and nice air conditioned studio.

An ideal gym for weight training needs. A lot of free weights, barbells, various machines and racks.

The air-conditioned space looks spotlessly clean with training equipment very well taken cared of.

The owner is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable about training advice and local attractions! It has a great vibe.

New karon gym is the gym to train at whilst staying in Phuket, it has all the equipment you need to train every muscle group. Andrew the owner is an ex body builder and really knows his stuff, is a legend as well. Will definitely be my first choice of gym on the island and will definitely be back again to train there soon 💪🏽💪🏽

I am going to be straight and to the point.
Andrew is a phenomenal guy who is as straight up as they come.
Do well by him he will do well by you.
His gym is awesome and he is open 9-9 (which is crazy for the area because most places open at 11). Gym is always clean, cold, and you are always greeted with a smile, towel and locker key (Gym is awesome and you will not be disappointed). Protein (for us lifters) is insanely expensive in Phuket if you can find it and he helped me out with this too. He really is a one stop shop for anything that you need Phuket. Drove/picked us up 3 times to the airport for an extremely reasonable price and he gets you there quick! The man is a jack of all trades and rents motorbikes as well as rental space to stay (which btw he did by hand and is absolutely beautiful). Don’t shy away if you are not a gym goer, Andrew can certainly enhance your stay in Phuket anyway.

I've been all over the world to many gyms, in Thailand its hard to find quality equipment... This gym has some of the best equipment I've seen in the world! Very clean, air conditioning, owner andrew will help you with anything you need. Theres also awesome rental apartments above the gym. If you rent one you get free gym use.

Very nice gym with all the equipment you need for a good workout. Enough barbells, dumbells and weights for experienced lifters. This place also has a huge variety of machines for every bodypart. I visited several gyms in Thailand and never had the possibility to lift the way I do at home. Also the gym is well air conditioned and has friendly customers. Daypass is 350 baht which is appropriate for the gym. You can also pay for 10 days or even longer and get a discount. The owner is very friendly and can offer a variety of helpful tips and advice. Ranging from training, to nutrition up to the best restaurants in the vicinity. You can also rent a motorbike there. I highly recommend you check this place out if you want to lift on your vacation.

A great gym in Karon, fully upgraded and renovated, good prices and service and full range of equipment. Andrew (gym owner) can also help with airport transfers, motor bike rental and accommodations, all close to the beach, at good rates. Very useful and convenient and all good quality.

A great air-conditioned gym with a good choice of epquipment for both weight and cardio training. Music was also good!
A good price with friendly staff and I also got a post session protein shake.
I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a gym in the Karon area.
