Goodview Resort and Coffee

Excellent food and drinks! We had a Panang curry as well as fried vegetables with cashews, both modified to be vegan without any issues. The fresh fruit shakes were very good too (we tried mango, pineapple, without added sugar), and the espresso was okay.

Other than the food:
The view is so nice!

I recommend applying mosquito repellent during the evening hours.

There is a foot path down to the beautiful beach, but only take it during daylight and with actual shoes. Otherwise better follow the road instead.

We only came to eat and drink, and didn't stay in the hotel, so I cannot say anything about that.

Beautiful location for a lunch. We also had dinner here. Great and funny staff. They even offered to drive us home after dinner x since we were on foot. Thanks for the lovely evening friends!

One of the only few cliff-side cafes on the island. Food and drinks were decent but the views from here were great. Gotta be the top place to catch sunset on the island

Really great family-friedly resort. We stayed here for 12 days a family of 7. We had two big houses with two double beds each.
The rooms were clean and nice with aircon, hot water, fridge and a tea/coffee boiler.
Two steps away is the best massage on the island located, and 15 steps to the Good View Cafe with the best food and incredible view. The staff is super friendly and especially their fruit shakes was popular.
We will definitely come back. The location in the middle of the island with shops and restaurants all around is perfect.

I did not stay at the resort. The drinks and the view are incredible, but it is the massage that is outstanding! I went 3 times and noticed returning clients and locals. It is open-aired and covid protocols are adhered to.
The ladies really do know their technique and they are enormously professional and effective. Lying in a cool off-shore breeze with the sound of the sea lapping against the rocks and feeling blissfully relaxed, is just magic!

The view from this resort is simply breathtaking, the pics are a proof. We stayed here for a couple of days & the staff were very friendly & welcoming. The rooms were well kept. This resort is situated on top of a hill & it is only 3-4 minutes walk to nearest beach. The food was tasty, but the staff took ages to get it after you had ordered. The only negative I would say would be the reception complex, which looked like a hut that could breakdown at any moment. But overall a very good experience

Great place with a genuinely good view. Room was fine if a little rustic but that's what you expect when you stay on this island. A couple of motorbike hire places nearby so you can get transport easily enough. There's stairs down to the beach which is literally two minutes away because you're at the top of the cliff with a good view!

Breakfast is fine and we had it included. Good for evening meals as well, mainly Thai but if you want pizza or something similar then ten minutes walk or two minutes drive away there are choices. Good location to explore the island from. If I return I'll use them again if they're available.

Enjoyed this place for quite a few sundowners, beer is only 50baht and there’s quite a good white wine for 150baht. Beautiful view!

Came here for iced cafe latte & coconut cake.. they were awesome! The view is beautiful and the surrounding peaceful. Smokers friendly, WiFi available. Access by the steep road up hill or climb up stairs from the beach, it’s worth it!

Breath taking view accompanied with a great expresso and tasty mango frappe.
We haven’t tried the food but only the view is worth the visit.

The name of this resort is exactly in point. The view is really amazing (especially from the bar). Next to this resort is beautiful beach. I recommended oil massage with kind lady and sound of sea waves.

Did not stay at resort but had a massage. One of the best I've had. Was an oil massage.

I had one full body massage and then 2 days later a head, neck & shoulder massage. Both were absolutely brilliant! The ladies are so talented and pick up your problem area in no time at all. It really is worth a couple of visits. The view is beautiful too. Please support this business.
