So if you plan to visit phayao this place is recommended. In fact we visited. A few times as we enjoyed it so much. Quality of food is great and the price is very reasonable. Live music entertainment later in the evening. Service by the many staff they have is great and from order to service was really quick.

For me it's the best place to eat overlooking the lake, especially at sunset

Vers good food and the view is great

Very good Thai food, prepared less spicy upon request (in Thai language). Extensive menu with English language and many pictures - a good place to try various Thai dishes. And the cook doesn't skimp on vegetables nor seafood. Be careful, sometimes one menu item explains two dishes in one block and the young, serious waiters try hard, but speak no English whatsoever (even if it appears so). Draft Singha beer available, happily no beer girl system.
The live music I would call acoustic pop. The (up to) five piece house band is smooth and professional, but in no way exciting or spicy. It's rather dinner music and no one will get up and dance around the table. The unusual thing is a saxophone player in that house band.
Clean and spacious restrooms. Outdoor seating can get cold and windy in late December.
(A relatively similar alternative in the Phayao lakeside tourist district would be the Slum Bar also with live music and outdoor seating (and not slummy). The Slum Bar is geared towards younger people, the live music seems to be more rocky and trendy. Beer girls, chairs without back rest. Slum Bar's menu has no pictures and no English (even if they call themselves "Slum Bar" in big red English letters). Several standard Thai dishes that I asked for were not on the menu. Only Chang beer in Slum Bar. - Then there is a whole campus of live music bars big and small a little outside the tourist area geared to younger people with establishments like BM Pub, Wooden House or Nine9.)

A random pick for us. Exceptional food and a very nice spot.

Direkt am See gelegen, nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt findet man diesen Thai-Restaurant. Mein Gericht hat geschmeckt, war eine gute Portion und preislich angemessen. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzplätze im Freien wie auch Innen. Samstag Abend war live music.

음식은 대중적인 태국음식들이지만 좋은 분위기는 맛을 업시킨다.
우리는 가격이상에 경험을했고 너무도 즐거웠다
행복한 곳으로 기억에 남을것이다

2021년부터 5번이상 방문.
이제는 파야오에 가면 매번 들리는 곳이 되었다.

雰囲気のいいレストランでした。店員さんもテキパキ働き、呼べばすぐに来てくれて、ファーストドリンク提供時間も早く、食事も早く出てきました。全て美味しかったです。
辛いのが苦手な人は、辛くない種類も選べます。
英語のメニューも有ります。
ライブでの音楽提供があります。
トイレも綺麗でした。
バー内は、禁煙ですが、横の駐車場のようなところで、タバコを吸えました。

อาหารอร่อย รสชาติกลมกล่อม น้องๆพนักงานน่ารัก บริการดีเยี่ยม ร้านอยู่ติดกว๊าน มีที่จอดรถ ดนตรีสดไพเพราะ บรรยากาศดี ลด 1 ดาวให้ต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้นนะคะ กุ้ง 5 ตัว ใหญ่กำลังดี แต่ไม่สดซักตัวเลย ไม่มีเห็ดหรือผักอะไรใส่มาให้ด้วย เนื้อเละ มันกุ้งคาวค่ะ

8 ม.ค.65 คณะทัวร์แสวงบุญ ๙ ธรรมสัญจร หลังจากลงเรือไปไหว้พระที่วัดติโลการาม ที่เกาะกลางน้ำกว๊านพะเยาเสร็จแล้ว ได้มาทานอาหารมื้อเย็นที่ร้านแห่งนี้ตามโปรมแกรมทัวร์ ถือว่าเป็นร้านที่ริมกว๊านพะเยาที่มีบรรยากาศดี อาหารรสชาติอร่อยถูกปากคนในคณะเราเป็นอย่างมาก ที่นั่งรับประทานอาหารสามารถจุคนได้เป็นจำนวนมากนับเป็นร้อยคน แถมตอนกลางคืนจะดนตรีแสดงให้แขกรับชมด้วย
