Ambassador City Jomtien, Ocean Wing

My friend and I stayed 2 nights. The staff were efficient and very helpful and caring.
Jill in reception was particularly helpful. The rooms were comfortable and newly renovated The view was fantastic The bathroom had a bath and a seperate shower. Water pressure was great. I had 2 nights of deep sleep. Restaurant and Coffee shop were great. Good food good coffee friendly service.
What a great gym and sports centre they have. The private beach was very clean with showers and deck chairs. I will be back soon.

I really enjoyed my experience there. It is a very big location with lots of different sections. I like that they have a new pool that is family friendly, the hotel is by the beach and the ocean wing has it's own pool attached so there is many options for a swim. Each section of the venue is kept very clean and the staff are so kind and helpful.

Views are stunning, big swimming pools, territory is large and picturesque, but service isn’t good in City Inn, breakfast isn’t good enough, need to stand in a queue to wait some food, lack of fruit! But it wasn’t important for me, anyway 5 stars

Clean hotel. Modern. Good pool. The beach is swept every day so it clean. You can swim in the sea although it is not sparkling and clear. Public transport (open backed utility vehicle with covered seats) is available at the gate. 20 baht will get you into Pattaya City. Russians love this hotel. Across Sukhumvit Road is a food alley with excellent meals at cheap prices.

A big and slightly old hotel with complete facilities. Large room and clean, very comfortable bed especially pillows. Nice scenery sea beach. Not far from Bangkok. Near many attractive places.

Perfect family getaway. I spent the weekend with my two kids, they LOVED the pools (all 7 of them), especially the central one and the one next to the ocean. Amazing restaurants but our favorite was Pasta Pasta where the kids had pizza and pasta literally ALL THE TIME. Highly recommended for families

Enormous hotel complex, almost a city! About 9,000 rooms in total but not all are available at the same time. You can finde huge pools, many restaurants, shops and shopping stands, all five stars hotel amenities and services. Ice cream parlor, pizza place, beer garden and a nice clean beach! Everything is well dimensioned: you don't feel the crowd and don't feel lonely. Open spaces and indoor spaces, eat "al fresco" or in aircon environment. The guests are mostly from Russia. Nice place also for a visit or an afternoon by the beach.

The conference facilities here are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is very nice and the included breakfast buffet is plentiful. The Garden Wing was comfortable and the food good but repetitive. The Ocean Wing was definitely a step up with food to match.

Amazing wide sand beach, the best in Pataya. Nice white interior, clean rooms. There is a big market on the hotel territory, a few cafés, and restaurants.

All the guests could visit Mimosa club (is located across the road) for free.

Ambassador City has some uniqueness in a way that you book the different wings on separate pages if it is on Agoda or Booking. But on the same website if you book directly on the hotels website. It may be a bit confusing giving you an impression that there are different hotels on Agoda. There are four options, the main tower, the ocean wing, the garden and the inn. We have stayed in the tower and the ocean wing. Our favorite was the ocean wing. The view was nicer though the main tower is much higher. To get a room with a balcony you need to book at a higher level. But the ocean wing offers the balcony with ocean view at any floor. The buffet breakfast is like lunch. One nice thing in Asia is that when they say breakfast included, it is not just bread and coffee. It is a buffet with variety of options. Wherever you stay in Ambassador city . (tower, ocean wing or the others) you have access to all the swimming pools. The swimming pools are many and the big one has a part that is 9ft deep. You can anytime walk to the beach and swim. The sunset is beautiful. Even though what Pattaya is known for may make you think twice before your pick it as a family vacation destination, Ambassador City is very family friendly. I lived in Thailand for 11 years and this was one of our favorite getaway. One unique thing is that you can just stay there the whole time because it is like a small city but there is no noise pollution. The resort has all you need, nice gym, tennis court, a even a market. I would definitely visit this place if I go to Thailand again.

Wow wow wow. Just absolutely great, pools staff and room attended to professionally. We would go back as a family anytime. As a mum I felt safe. The swimming pools amazing and food delicious.

Not sure why it says 3-star hotel. Mine was 4-stars. I was totally happy and satisfied with the hotel, surrounding area and the service provided. My deluxe superior room opens view to the pools and ocean. Beautiful like in fairy¡ Breakfasts are delicious, great variety, no beef though. Best wishes and Merry Christmas, Polinka Barraclough 😉

A biggest hotel in Jomtien area. There are 4 wings in this hotel: Garden wing and Inn wing which known as budget wings. Located close to the front gate. Ambassador wing and Ocean wing in the back. Located close to the beach area. Inside hotel area has a facilities such as fitness, badminton court, table tennis, restaurant, karaoke etc.

Superb hotel to stay. Old but renovated. Bit expensive. Kids love the beach and the pool. One of the best pasta and pizza I ever had in their restaurant. Highly recomend

If you want to go away from the hustle bustle of Pattaya city, please go visit this place. Its a huge hotel complex with their own provate beach at Jomtien. Absolutely beautiful place to stay at. If you spend a little more and stay at the Marina tower ir Ocean wing, you get to see the orange sun setting in the bluish purple water... I swear the color of the water changes everyday! Amazing place to relax.

Old hotel with vast territory. Nice clean beach, small market and food court over sukhumvit will make you feel you are in Pattaya. Actually some tourists really think this is Pattaya...
