Many staff members to help. Very clean and neat. Remember to take your own bag for your purchases. They do not provide bags. Unfortunately business is slow, more staff than customers. I hope this business survives. They have everything for the do it yourself person.

When I came to Pattaya, I went to Homepro to buy various items, but the store was huge and had a lot of variety, so it was difficult to find the items I was looking for. But luckily, I met an employee named Duangjit, and I was able to purchase them very easily. She had training. This is a great professional staff member. Not only does she know where all the items are displayed, but she also takes me there herself, explains the items, waits for me to check out, and then sends me off, so I had a really pleasant shopping experience. Most of the time, I went to the store. When you ask where an item is,They can point to it and it will tell you. Duangjit is a truly differentiated and great worker. Thank you.

This one is a smaller store, but it still has Many items for your home: plumbing, electrical, etc. It's more conveniently located. On the upper level, to the left of Big C. The bigger store is on Sukhumvit.

Been going here for over ten years, never have I had any problems. Delivery services are free with 3000.00 THB purchase. Always on time, professional service. Customers service has taken back products for me with no hassles. When you ask for help they help. Unlike some stores that will avoid you or tell you they don't have it. Tool section is good and I have found the sale staff to be very knowledgeable. Parking is a nightmare most of the time.

Located in the Big C shopping complex. Seems to have everything for home improvement. Tools, appliances, paint, fixtures for every room in your house or condo. Nice place. Helpful staff.

There is not much that you cannot find in HomePro-Big C when it comes to things for the hearth and home, whether it is a new kitchen or some screws to hang up your photos. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. They really seem to know what they are talking about when it comes to the wares they are presenting. Highly recommended!
