Very nice ferries - good amount of seats and A/C on the ferry

I think these guys get a bad rep but the boat was right on time, arrived on time and the bus was also on time which is rare in Thailand. Great service. The men on the boat weren't super smiley but that doesn't matter.

Very helpfull. You exchange your train ticket for 70 bath only, but just once.

Took this ferry last week, maybe it was a different boat, however there were no bed bugs on board, I checked thoroughly. All the bags were stored on the top deck at the back of the boat. From previous reviews I was concerned about the bed bugs so on edge about it but couldn't see anything the whole trip. Again, could have been different boat than other report. That said, this boat took so much longer than the Lomprayah and the 50 baht price difference is not worth it. We needed to go to Nathon Pier why we took this option, however I would in hindsight take a taxi from the other pier. If you are sensitive to motion sickness this is not the best option. I didn't have any problems on the high speed boats but on the route from Koh Tao to Koh Phangan it was so rocky and rolly and couldn't cut the waves not travelling as fast. There are also no snacks on board and the washrooms are very small and uncomfortable.
