The payment process, the handling of the pickup and delivery of the scooter was flawless without any problems. And the scooter was in good condition. There is simply nothing to complain about.

This is real 5 stars I got an almost new scooter in great condition. Great contact and friendly service. Scooter delivered and picked up from the hotel. I highly recommend.

Booked online and messaged via WhatsApp to arrange drop off.
They dropped off the bike at the hotel following morning.
Bike was in excellent condition; looked and felt fairly new.
A week later they returned to collect the bike, quickly checked the bike and all okay.

A 1st class experience using 5 star motorbike rental.
We used the online booking system which worked perfectly, as we made our booking very close to our arrival date in Khao lak and our choice of larger motorbike was not available throughout our stay , so I had to make several bookings of different scooters so we had a continuation of a rental scooter, and it all worked perfect , just had to call into the store and swap over.
All the motorbikes are good quality Honda and are very well looked after and maintained.
Jorg and his team are very friendly and helpful and even when we had a puncture , they came to our rescue and sorted it .
Fully recommended and will be making a booking soon for our next trip.

Super rental shop! Friendly, helpful and competent. We also got a good 125cc. 25500 kilometres on the clock, but super maintained. The brakes are not the newest, but they told me that too. But the brakes work well!

Very easy to rent, professional service, and very nice clean scooters. They have a super easy to use online system for renting and were prompt and communicative at every step. I rented two different bikes during a week and both were like new, sparkling clean, and worked perfectly. They delivered the scooters to our hotel for a reasonable fee and that made things so much easier for us. I will definitely rent from 5 Star next time we are in Khaolak!

Booked the cheapest scooter I could. It was a little rough around the edges but everything worked fine and it did the job so fine for the price. Dropped off and collected at my hotel on time.
Happy with the rental and would use them again - be nice not to have to pay extra for a phone holder, just leave them on every bike, they only cost a few pence in Thailand. They don't take a deposit. There aren't alot of police in Khao Lak but don't forget your international permit as you never know.

It was that good of an experience that I wanted to extend the rental, which was organised and sorted me a different bike as needed and where on time to collect again the hotel. Long story short: Look no further for your scooter rental needs; this experience was really perfect.

The story: We booked a Honda Click 125 online at 300bht/day and chose a newer version for improved features. While there are cheaper options, I recommend the newer models for better headlights, tires, and an overall enhanced ride. Don’t forget adding the phone holder for 100bht, though I believe it could be included in the standard price.

We opted for hotel delivery at 150bht, with an additional 250bht for a longer distance (about a 20-minute drive), which is reasonable. The staff arrived promptly at the agreed time, delivering a brand-new scooter with just 15kms on the odometer. The rental agreement was straightforward, outlining your responsibility for any damage or theft (I didn’t feel unsafe parking the bike anywhere, as Khao Lak is extremely safe). Importantly, there are no mileage restrictions.

The scooter comes with two helmets, and the return process is hassle-free. Ensure you return it with a full tank; however, if gas pumps prove unpredictable or their Google opening times are incorrect, which they are, staff may grant exceptions for a small fee of 40bht plus the estimated gas cost.

Excellent scooter rental experience here recently. We hired for 3 weeks and for a fair price. The service was very helpful and friendly. They picked up at our hotel a few kms out of the town center for a little cost. We would highly recommend this business.

Five stars, of course. Always excellent bikes in perfect condition, top service from the owner and staff. This time we had a Honda ADV 150 which we think is the perfect bike for in and around Khao Lak and also has enough power, space and comfort for travelling a little further afield. We were very happy with everything from 5 Star. We’ve used the company on several occasions. It’s always been very very good.

Very easy to book online, delivered on time to the hotel and collected as promised. Bike was in great condition with no problems at all. Definitely better than the roadside places near the hotels. I will definitely use again!

This was the second time I have used 5 star Motorbike rental Khao Lak, and yet again, they are nothing, but super impressive. They delivered my top-quality bike to our hotel, on time, which was incredibly convenient and avoided us having to transport our way to and from their shop to collect the bike ourselves. Communication with them is incredibly easy via email and WhatsApp, and they are always very responsive and prompt in their communication. I can’t recommend them highly enough, I will go back to them time and time again.

Excellent service throughout! Made initial contact via WhatsApp and received quick response. Booking site easy to use. Had 2 new bikes delivered to our hotel (JW Marriott Khao Lak) on time. Super cheap and staff very professional. Had a great day in local area on bikes. Able to explore off beaten track to local beaches and waterfalls etc. Good instructions when bike was delivered. Collection from hotel was very straight forward and on time.

Great service, reliably delivering and picking up the bike from the hotel at a reasonable price. I rented a no-frills 125 cc bike and it was perfect for our sporadic trips to the main road. Communication via email and whatsapp was crystal clear. When they collected the bike and noticed that I had mistakenly not totally filled the petrol tank as requested, they did not charge an additional fee, saving me a slog to fetch my wallet. Will use again next time I'm lucky enough to find myself in Khao Lak.

Everything went very smoothly. It was a relief to have bike hire sorted before arriving in Khao Lak, as well as the option for the bike to be delivered and collected. Really efficient and easy communication. Absolutely no problems whatsoever and would definitely use this service again.
