We rented a car for two days and were very impressed. The price was really good and the owner was super friendly and helpful. There was no need for a deposit which was a big plus and the insurance was fair too. On return we were offered a ride back to the hotel were we stayed at. Overall we were super pleased with everything. The car was clean and maintained and took us everywhere without a problem. We would definitely rent again if we come to Chiang Rai.

Very good and reliable service! Pick up in hotel on time - drop off at the airport as well. Contract only in Thai but was explained in english. Once I come back I will use it again!

Exelent service. Owner can speak english fluently and the car could be sent to the places where you stay/bus station. Owner also honest if there were have the scratch from the start. Worth the price, 1200 for 24 h, seems like a new car engine, automatic but not include the fuel. Definitely will rent the car here again if we go back to Chiang Rai.

The reservation was made via Google Maps chat. No credit card was required, just a copy of my passport and driver's license were required for the renting. I booked a Toyota Vios automatic for one day for 1000 baht, and the car is perfect for the region. If you plan to drive to the mountains, I would recommend renting a more powerful car. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Great experience! The owner was so nice and met us at the airport with a rental car on short notice. Price was great and the car worked well to get us all over the Chiang Rai province. I speak Thai, which made the contract explanation easier, but you have nothing to worry about even if you don’t fully understand the contract. Paid cash up front and he never even ran my card or held my passport. Will rent here again next time I am in Chiang Rai.

I accidentally found this car rental office, when I was looking for a car rental agency, I saw that it had a good rating and a lot of reviews, in general, I did not lose, they gave me a comfortable Toyota for a very favorable price, plus we returned the car the next day later than we should have and paid only 200 baht for extra hours.

A very good, honest car rental company. Centrally located so you can practically walk there from anywhere in the city. Very minimal documentation required, and very competitive prices (they were 50-75% of the cost of other rental places quoted, for the same car). Just needed to pay for the rented days in advance which was THB900/24hrs. The additional hourly charge was very reasonable too at THB100/hour (up to 5 hours).

Can also communicate via Line very easily, if any problems.

We rented a car for a day to go Phu Chi Fa. The car was perfect for the trip we had planned and we had an overall very good experience. The owner of the car rental was very helpful and extremely friendly, which made us feel very safe.

Hired a Toyota Fortuner for 2 and 1/2 days, was given a discount for half day rental, he went through the contract with me and explained every point using great English so I could understand, answered all my questions with ease and sent me on my way!

Added on line so I could contact if needed, asked to extend the rental by one hour and it was no problem at all :)

1000baht a day, rent for 3 days. Car in good condition and clean, 5000baht liability if car accident which is good. No need deposit, can pick up and return car at airport. I will rent JB car again next chiang rai trip.

Best place to rent a car in Chiang Rai. The car was in great condition, good rates and the owner JB is really helpful guy. It was very convenient to leave the car in the airport with the keys in the glovebox. Insurance deal is also pretty sweet which is already included in the price. I forgot my license in the car and JB was really kind enough to post it to my address. Highly recommend!!
