U Jomtien Pattaya

I love this hotel! It's such an awesome price and it truthfully felt more like a 4.5 star.

The staff are super kind and I love how you can use an app to keep in touch with them, order more supplies for your room, and even order room service. We asked for a late checkout and they were really accommodating and let us leave at 1pm. They also upgraded our room for free from a semi ocean view to full ocean view.

The room setup is really cool and there's a walk in shower behind the bed. The balcony is spacious although there is only one chair, but it's wide enough to fit two people. We had a beautiful view of the beach and water! There are both sheer white curtains and blackout curtains in the room. The only con is that the bed is not comfortable at all and the mattress was lumpy and hard.

The facility itself is very nice looking. They have a lobby with lounger chairs that looks super cute for photos. The rooftop pool and patio was our favorite! We spent a lot of time there and it wasn't an issue using the lounger chairs. They have clean towels there for you to use. Everyday they have a buy 2 get 1 free cocktail special. We really liked the Pina Colada, Mai Tai, and Mojito. The infinity pool is super clean, just be careful with the hidden steps when you enter it.

The hotel has a restaurant attached to it called Salt. Every morning they offer a free breakfast buffet to hotel guests. I finally tried it today and the food was so delicious! When we were hanging out at the pool we also tried the pork neck and chicken skewers. Both were decent snacks.

If you want to explore Jomtien then there are 5 cruiser bikes for guests to use. They were available until 6pm everyday. The big Jomtien Night Market is only a 10-15 minute walk away and is full of delicious and cheap food.

I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again due to it's central location and affordable pricing!

Jomtien beach is not so busy, a good choice for family and someone prefer relax quietly.

We got sea view room on 6th floor. The view is spectacular. The room is clean. Facilities are sufficient. Food quality matches with prices. Staff is nice.

Very nice and clean hotel on the beach. Not to close to bar and nightclub which very peaceful. Stuffs are very nice and helpful. We ask to change the room because we are not used to the exposed bathroom.the hotel surrounding by good seafood restaurants and you can take Thai taxi to Pattaya beach in 20 minutes to see night life. Nice rooftop for sunset. Yummy breakfast included in the room.

The breakfast buffet is perfect. There are Thai food, Western food, Chinese food, many menus to choose from. Impressive. Definitely going back.

This was our second time staying U Jomtien. Each time once we arrived car park, the same bellman (middle aged) welcome us with very warm, polite and friendly manner. He helped us through out our stayed with our car parking and baggage handling, he was a very nice guy. All the hotel staff, receptionist, restaurant staff, they are all very friendly and helpful. We love the roof top bar swimming pool so much. The view from the top to see the beach and sunset was wonderful. The room was keeping in good condition.

This hotel was just perfectly located by the beach and had many cute restaurants and bars just down the street. We stayed in the suite sea view room and loved the layout of the room as well as the balcony. The balcony was extremely spacious and we spent a lot of time just sitting in the balcony and enjoying the view of the sea and the beach. The staff members were very welcoming and warm and the service was also efficient. The only downside was that they charge for water after giving 2 free everyday. Would definitely return to this hotel though. The hotel and Jomtien were Perfect for a small cozy place.

Great first time stay. From the beginning till the end.
On arrival, it was very welcoming from the porter soon after I got out of the car, and the receptionist was very helpful as my arrival time was way too early in the morning. A rooftop swimming pool with a fabulous sea view was amazing as well as from the room's balcony. The room size was good, and water pressure from the shower was one of the strongest I ever experienced in Pattaya.
Salt restaurant staff were very attentive and friendly.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and every team member delivered great hospitality.

I was surprised since I arrived. the staffs were so friendly and helpful! They upgraded my room to deluxe seaview with birthday cake. It’s so romantic moments and delicious 🤤.The location perfect. When you check in, they server you for a soap set to choose which one you would like. So amazing!! the morning and the sunset 🌅 too.

First tine here. The room is not big not small. Nice bed,very good air-conditioning and sea view. So far it is not bad. English channels which is a bonus. Walking distance to many restaurants. If you don't want chaotic central pattaya but family friendly then this is the place.

The check-in is very well managed, spending about only 5 min with all the information. The staff is friendly with smile .

The location is on the Chom Tain beach ⛱.
Easy to find and nearby with many restaurants. The place is between Sattahip and Pattaya, so you can stay here after the trip between this two locations. It is more restaurant and bar than Sattahip but have less people and more quiet than Pattya.

The price is also reasoble.

The sand is clean as well as the water, even though the sand is not soft and white like on the island like Kor Larn, or Some Sarn nearby.

The bed is very comfortable with many pillows. The room is big and well designed. The water pressure is good with a sanitary water jet for Thai. The pool on the 9th floor is beautiful with the edgeless view to the sea.

Breakfast is better than my expectation. Many choices with egg menu.

Good place for couples or travellor.

We had a good time in this hotel, calm, not crowded, there isn't a lot of things to do around the hotel but they offer free bikes to visit around and enjoy your stay.
The swimming pool in the rooftop has a very nice view, especially at sunset.
The room was clean with a beautiful view of the ocean, you can order in advanced to have breakfast in your room or room service menu is pretty good.
Salt restaurant has a good view, food is also good with a barbecue buffet on the weekend which is not expensive.
The staff are very cheerful and helpful, we loved their kindness!

Everything was perfect... I’m impressed by the quality of the food at the breakfast and the comfort in our room.
We really enjoyed the view from our room.. you can enjoy the sunset form your bed or from the rooftop pool on the 9th floor.
The staff was really kind with a genuine smile, they let us feel very welcomed, specially Nippon she take care of us very good, she let us have a very good time! I believe she have a very good customer service skills. I’m very happy!

Good service and facility. There is provided special herb drinks at 6.00 pm that would be surprised drinks for us. Food is super esp at night. That is BBQ seafood buffet - all you can eat including shrimp and crab with the price only 555++ excluding beverage. Bottling water is quite expensive but it is worth for unlimited seafood. However, there is a little bit concerns about parking lots. The space is not matched with room number. If you come a hotel late, you have to park side road instead. Beside, pool is quite tiny but it is good for photo shot 😊

Friendly and attentive staff with service mind. We stayed here for 4days during the most stricted curfew in August 2021, so swimming and lunch/dinner at the restaurant were prohibited. Anyway we could order our food in the room, every dish has been well prepared with high covid19 hygine standard and they were tasty. We had a sea view room (as basically almost all rooms). The room is quite small since the huge bed takes a lot of space, but what a comfy bed! Very good value and we'll go back again for our next thailand visit.

Very nice Hotel. Seaview rooms have a very good design. Nice view, very comfortable. Nothing to complain. Just great.
Breakfast is very good too. Food has a high quality level.

Trendy and modern hotel with stunning 180degree sea view. Spotlessly clean, daily complimentary dragon fruit juice, best breakfast buffet or yummy breakfast in bed till 10/11pm if you prefer a long lay. Great clean pool with great cocktails on the rooftop which we can decide on when we will have our happy hour!
Nothing to complain at all! It’s just a little far If you want to go to the town but for us it’s perfect!

Excellent Hotel with best breakfast. The director is french. He is influencing the breakfast by his french touch, which make the breakfast very special in very high quality. Also the design and quality of the rooms is excellent. Get dinner in the salt restaurant in the evening. The food is excellent. The desert is making you breathless. Absolutely fantastic. I only book this hotel in Pattaya, because it is the absolutely best.
