Kind and courteous staff. Professional service. I had a cut in my arm and walked into the clinic which is in on Haad rin beach. The staff quickly fixed an appointment with the doctor and had everything checked. The nurse cleaned my wound and dressed it up and taught me how to do it.

They also made my insurance claim smooth. Gave me all the relevant documents. I would very much recommend this place if you have any problem with your health. They also have COVID treatment so they always got your back!

Professional team of dedicated medical staff.

We got a treatment for rabies and tetanus.
Everything was very well treated and very quick response as well

My experience here was fantastic. The staff were attentive, thorough, and took the time to make sure I fully understood the course of medications they were prescribing me.

As an English-speaker I felt completely comfortable. All the staff were so kind; they even gave me a free umbrella since it started to rain while I was in the clinic and everyone waved and said “bye!” when I left.

Overall, it was an experience that was even better than my experiences with walk-in clinics back home. I’m grateful for their help!

Thankyou to the doctors here for helping my partner with his blocked ear. We had to have two attempts at irrigation but the doctor managed to unblock everything. Very professional 👌🏼

I had an open wound, a cut on my fore arm. The doctor and his 2 staff took an amazing care of me, they were so gentle and helpful.
I got 4 stitches and each night for 1 week sent pics to the doc to check the healing was going well: this was included in the very fair price, incredible!

I visited Ocean Medical Clinic for treatment of an ear infection. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were able to look into my ear canal with a special camera and provide quick and efficient treatment. The cost to see the doctor was also a fraction of the price that they were charging at First Western hospital on the island. I am a healthcare professional myself and appreciated the quality of care I received at this clinic. Highly recommend.

I had a strong allergic reaction to an anti mosquito cream and had to visit the doctor. I was seen within minutes and got injection and medication for later. Very professional care and for affordable price! I paid 3700 bhat for everything.

I hurt my back whilst on holiday in Thailand and had to be seen as I was in that much pain. I took myself to the medical clinic and got seen within 10 minutes of waiting. The staff were really friendly and made me feel at ease for the pain I was in. They ensured I got everything I needed to take the pain away. They treated me with great care and ensured I was comfortable the whole night. They helped me with my insurance and got everything sorted out very quickly! I can’t thank them enough for looking after me. It was also very clean and the beds were very comfortable and they food they serve was also very fresh and tasty!

A super nice and competent team in this clinic, they treated my wound for a week after an operation on my fibula, I can only recommend this clinic very well.

After my bike accident in May 2021 I went to Ocean Medical, they cleaned my wound & stitched me up.They are very friendly and took good/quick care of me. I paid 4980baht including pills - I don't know if it is high priced or not for the operation I had… BUT I went there 2 more times in May & June without any charge/fee. All in all I am a satisfied customer 😊

I walked into the clinic with an intense allergic reaction on my stomach caused by sea lice (jellyfish larvae in deep ocean). I was worried and scared because I couldn’t control the redness and itchiness. Doctor Tepsit Pongsabutr and his team immediately responded with immense kindness and instantly made me feel relaxed. I received medication for my rash and felt 100% better within 6 hours. The fee was extremely reasonable and I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience. Thank you from an American Traveler! ❤

The dog bit me on the street, it was very painful, the doctor reacted very quickly, made me a dressing, I received an antibiotic, an anti-inflammatory and a rabies vaccination, I believe that all this was necessary and right, because the next day my hand swelled. Thanks to the treatment, not even a scar remained. I thank the doctors for their help!🙏

I had a bad foot injury after falling over at a waterfall. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a 4 night stay and I got the best care I could have hoped for! They had to put up with me trying to discharge myself against medical advice and eventually managed to persuade me to make the right decision. I hope that no one reading this needs medical attention whilst on holiday, but if you do, there is nowhere better than ocean medical centre. Good travels!!

I had a motorbike accident while making a turn at slow speed there was small gravel you couldn't see and bike wiped out. I went to a pharmacy that was close to where the accident took place and got it dressed and cleaned up, after 3 days noticing one of the scars wasn't healing fast enough I went to Ocean Medical Clinic.

Nurse Ying and her team took great care of me! Staff was friendly and things were done sanitarily. And they always made sure I wasn't in pain as they were cleaning and removing dead skin, so that things would heal properly.

I probably should have went sooner, even though it was much more expensive than what I was charged at the pharmacy can't really put a price on good health and the knowledge. And at ~US$275 total thats not too bad as it covered me going for 3 additional days to get everything changed. Would definitely have been way more back in the states
