Great experience in this clinic, doctor and nurses very kind and professional. They took me to the ferry to Koh Samui until the end of the trip with intravenous drip in my arm..that guy was really fantastic..thanks for everything..a lot of hugs to you..now I feel good..

For people from the nordics, SOS international partners with this hospital so it’s accepted by them. Talk to SOS international before if your insurance partners with them and you’ll probably get everything for free!! Got treated straight away with very good service, got everything I needed and the doctor I had spoke good English!

Don’t understand those bad reviews. I’ve had diving issue (sinus reverse blockage). Contacted diving insurance DAN. They recommended three places, this one as well. Doctor has been super professional with diving knowledge and fluent English. Whole examination and procedure happened very quick. I’ve get medical report already in English. Doctor consultation starts at 500 baht.

Came here with my boyfriend who had a big cut in his foot. They helped him very quick and adequatly. Wound was cleaned and wrapped up with care.

Communication in English went smoothly. Although we did have to pay the costs at the counter, we got all the receipts to declare at his insurance.

Would really recommend this clinic when you need medical help!

We don’t recognize the bad reviews here. Very kind staff and doctor. We had some ear problems (diving) which was diagnosed very fast.

Medical costs is always a thing when abroad/traveling, which the front desks wants to manage before seeing a consultations.

Had a infected open wound and was treated fast and competently by a English speaking doctor. Good service for a reasonable price.

Супер клиника! Обратились сегодня с сильным кашлем . Очень вежливо и оперативно встретили. Доктор на приёме послушал, сделали рентген снимок. Выдали необходимые лекарства. Быстро все оформили.Прием был по медицинской страховке. С нас денег не взяли. Огромное спасибо!

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.
Wir sind wegen meinem Freund hier gewesen, der sehr hohes Fieber hatte. Also wir ankamen, sind wir direkt freundliche empfangen worden. Blutdruck, Puls und Fieber wurden sofort gemessen, sowie ein Dengue- Schnelltest gemacht.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wirkte kompetent und sowohl die Schwestern, als auch der Arzt konnten sehr gut englisch. Als er über Nacht bleiben musste, wurde mir direkt eine Decke und Kissen gebracht und ich durfte ebenfalls dort übernachten. (Es ist nur etwas laut, wegen einer Bar gegenüber)
Unser Weitertransport nach Koh Samui in eine größere Klinik wurde schnell organisiert und hat gut geklappt.
Alles in Allem würde ich diese Klinik jedem weiterempfehlen.

Fui con pocas expectativas debido a las reseñas que había visto, pero lo cierto es que no puedo ponerles pegas. Salvo por le persone que toma la tensión a la entrada que fue excesivamente desagradable, todo el resto del personal fue amabilísimo (tanto las administrativas, como la enfermera como el médico). Me hicieron varias pruebas, incluida analítica de sangre (solo hemograma) y en 50 minutos salí de allí con un diagnóstico y todas las pastillas necesarias para el tratamiento.

Fui por un vómitos y diarrea y me hicieron pruebas para decirme que tenía una bacteria en la barriga, los resultados llegaron pronto estube una noche ingresado y mejoré muchísimo, el personal muy amable

They are not very welcoming and just make you feel as a wallet. Plus all of them (doc, nurse, secretary) have even lower level of English as average thais.
The doctor was more worried convincing me to buy all medicines here as they charge 5 times more than in any pharmacy.. anyway "you have insurance".
I had to visit again a doctor and ended up in Thai Inter Medical Clinic (Mae Haad area). I STRONGLY suggest this places, as the experience was all the way around. Incredible good and human professionals that really cares for your health 🫶🏽

Not a good place.
I went because I got a cut with a coral and they didn’t do anything, a bad bandage that was falling down after 1h and that I was full of blood in no time. I went to another place later and got stitches and a proper bandage. Really big difference..

* important to know that the level of english is very very low and is quite difficult to communicate.
