Koh Tao Heights Pool Villa

Wow this property is absolutely incredible… The view of Sairee Beach from the property is just mind blowing - absolutely stunning!! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, assisting us with taxis to and from the property and also provided us with a seamless bike rental service. As other reviews say, the pool villas are on a steep hill but how else are you going to get those incredible views?! The bike we rented from the property was very new and had plenty of power to get up the hill with two of us on it. If you are comfortable on bikes you will have no issue driving all the way to the top of the hill. The villa itself is just outstanding. Really beautiful inside, very spacious, with brilliant amenities. The pool is huge and nice and deep. So relaxing just chilling out at these pool villas. Regarding location - Koh Tao is so small everything feels like a 10 minute bike ride away. Sairee beach is only a 5 minute drive or less. Koh Tao can be extremely busy with plenty of bars and restaurants. Koh Tao Heights was the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of Sairee Beach and afforded us with exceptional views. Each villas has its own private pool, aircon, spacious living area and seperate bathroom. To top it off, the Koh Tao Heights team (hosted by Priew & June) are flawless! Daily cleaning of the villa is completed faster than an F1 pit stop and the onsite engineer is on hand at any given opportunity to assist in making your stay as comfortable as possible.
The road leading up to the properties are steep and I would suggest utilising the magnificent Mr Lek as he navigates the roads with ease and is contactable via WhatsApp for pickups.
All in all our stay at Koh Tao Heights made my 50th birthday one that will be forever remembered, and we will be back.

We had an amazing time at this villa. The view is stunning, never seen something like this. The service is really quick and friendly, you can contact them everytime and they respond within minutes. Walking to the restaurants is doable! You can also contact their own taxi service.

Wir hatten eine Pool Villa für eine Woche gebucht. Es war einfach super. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind der Wahnsinn. Die Villa ist groß und super ruhig. Der Service war sehr gut. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt 👍🏻☀

Plus que paradisiaque. A peine avons nous ouvert la porte de ce sublime cocon que j'enfilais déjà les chaussons et rangeais mes affaires comme si j'avais toujours habité là. Possibilité de se faire livrer (pratique quand on arrive un peu tard), avec un scooter nous sommes à côté de tout, et même à pied pour les plus courageux, nous avons mis 15 mon pour aller manger au bord de la mer, le personnel se plie en 4 pour répondre à toutes vos demandes (via whatsapp cest pratique !) la piscine est exceptionnelle, la villa est calme, le lit confortable. Un vrai paradis.

If you want to experience something special during your Koh Tao visit, the pool villas should definitely be considered. The villas itself are very luxury and the view is amazing.
One thing to pay attention to is the time of the year to visit. The reason for that is that all photos one can see for the villas show amazing sunsets and overall sunny areas (eg. for tanning) during the day. Unfortunately during our stay in December the sun moves differently so that only 1/3 of the pool had sun (the rest of the area didn't have any sun) and the sunset was not to see at all. This can obviously not be changed by the staff or owner, but it's worth knowing.
Also the beds were way to hard so that we woke up with back pain. But this is unfortunately something many resorts screw up.

Small island, quiet but have lot of places for you to have fun

Schöne Poolvilla, aber...
Wir hatten die Infinity Villa für 7 Nächte. Sie hat einen schönen Ausblick, der Infinity-Pool ist ganz schön, aber kein normaler leichter Einstieg. Die Einrichtung ist recht geschmackvoll, aber hier und da etwas unpraktisch. Es gibt 'Deko-Stühle' auf der Terrasse, zum Sitzen viel zu unbequem, die Lounge-Ecke ist ok. Das Bettmatratze ist sehr gut, aber man muss sehr aufpassen, sich nicht an der breiten Steinumrandung des Bettes zu stoßen.
Wer wirklich Ruhe sucht, ist hier falsch. Der Lärm von der Hauptstraße und die laute Musik der Bars vom Sairee-Beach sind gut zu hören. Das Reinigungs- und Serviceteam knattert ständig mit den Motorbikes bis vor die Villa. Das Reinigungsteam 'reinigt' in weniger als 10 Minuten die ganze Villa, offenbar nicht sehr gründlich.
Der sehr steile Weg zu den Villas ist zu Fuß und auch mit dem Motorbike sehr herausfordernd. Die Treppen sind ok, aber ungepflegt, es könnte mal gefegt werden. Der Service (June) ist sehr freundlich und bemüht!
Fazit: Wir würden hier nicht wieder buchen, weil für uns zu schlechte Lage und für diesen Preis sind wir Besseres gewohnt.
