Khao Sok Country Resort

Large terrace on 2nd floor rooms w very comfy loungers and mountain views. Nice and quiet. Very clean. Restaurant is tasty. Hotel staff are extremely helpful. We booked some excursions w them. A short walk to the park entrance, so the location couldn’t be better. This is a good accommodation choice in Khao Sok.

A very nice hotel in Khao sok. There is a bar across the street but we were in rooms at the back away from the street and didn’t hear any noise at night. Air con was almost too strong. Room was very large. Bed and pillows were very comfortable not too hard or soft. Desk was good. Internet was slow and I had trouble connecting with my computer. Mini fridge is good and hot water kettle with plenty of instant coffee and creamer. Bathroom was large and clean. Hot water and the pressure was ok. Toilet worked well. Drain for shower drained slowly but the bathroom was so large it didn’t become an issue. Only had breakfast at the hotel, muesli yogurt and fruit was good. Laundry 50 baht a kilo. They helped arrange transport to Phuket which was very simple. They take credit card but charge you the 3% merchant fee which is common. Overall had a good time staying here for several nights. You can also use the hotel next door’s pool. Nice garden view with a small table and chairs outside your room.

Didnt stay in the accommodation...but: Fantastic local atmosphere bar. We came almost every night of our stay for cocktails and drinks. Many locals enjoying beers and playing guitar. If you want a break from all the tourists this is your spot!!!

I stayed here for 12 nights and it was right in the centre of all the action towards the national park. Lots of shops/bars/restaurants/cash machine/pharmacy around. Walking distance to the national park. Lots of tour guides in the area. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely. I recommend staying in one of the double mountain view rooms. You get your own veranda / balcony. The pool was amazing, surrounded by nature and very quiet. It has a deep end which I really appreciate when I'm swimming :). The staff are amazing! Very friendly. You get bottled water and toilet paper delivered to your room every day, and the staff will come and clean the room / change the bedding at your request. They offer a laundry service which is the best price I've seen in Thailand so far. The area is quiet. Even though there is a bar across the street - you cannot hear the music from your room. The rooms are really soundproof :). The curtains are blackout, I had one of the best nights sleep I've had in Thailand so far. I just love this place, I cannot state it enough!! PS. Pawns restaurant across the street is delicious. And Nature's Touch massage just next door is one of the best massages I've ever had!

Quiet room, access to nice pool. And fantastic, helpful staff if you need to arrange anything. Great value for money

We stayed in the country resort one night before our lake tour. The lady (owner) was really nice and helped us to book the lake tour and gave us information we needed.

Room was nice and clean and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again if going to khao sok.

Not too pricey for really nice and clean accommodations, in town but set back just enough to get away slightly. Staff is so nice and helpful many thanks to Rat! He speaks great English as well. Great view and you can use the neighboring pool for free and it's a niiiice pool! Ac is amazing and hot water, couldn't recommend enough!

Awesome dorms and staff. They gave me a free breakfast and water before my lake tour. I could also borrow a dry bag and towel. They made sure I had a bed in the dorm for when I came back from the tour.

amazing place. stayed for 2 nights and the manager helped us book a 2 day 1 night tour of the khao sok national park. he even sorted us out with a wonderful room. he is fluent in english. would highly recommend

Room was nice, large and clean. The bed was really comfortable. A few gecko's sneaked in but that wasn't to bad.

Clean, quiet, recently renovated, and very reasonably priced, comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant, convenient location within walking distance of park entrance. Restaurant serves excellent variety of food with options for all travelers.

Very nice and cheap room. Great Panorama view of the jungle from the room directly. Very nice Service and hospitality. Can only recommend.

Amazing. I highly recommend the Boat and Hiking Trip. We went deep into the rainforest and explored a beautiful cave
