It's reassuring to know that Island Ambulance Service is always ready to respond to emergencies. Their availability and dedication to serving the community are commendable.

Excellent services provided by professional staff in a friendly environment.

The staff were friendly & immediately attended my husband who got a fish spike in his foot. They removed the spike without any trouble & we left the centre with a medication pack after around 2 hours.

The fees though are roughly the same as an Australian private medical centre. It’s best to have travel insurance.

Overall, it’s great that there is a good medical centre in Phi Phi island as Snorkelling accidents can often happen in this island!

Best clinic I've ever been to. Very professional and affordable. I won't get into the specifics of my visit, I'll just say I could not have gotten better service...staff speaks fluent English.

Everything was efficient and the care was top quality.
Insurance covered the bills and the manager did a great job of liaising with my insurers.

Excellent experience with Worldmed Clinic and love the Dr. there. Having just arrived in phiphi phuket and infected pretty serious Covid19 upon arrived. Care & consultation was very thorough and Worldmed addressed all my issues and prescribed medicine as I was hoping for.

The nurses and doctors at the World Med Center in Koh Phi Phi were so helpful and professional when I got bitten by a monkey on my vacation. Everything worked smoothly with insurance coverage and they did an amazing job. Would recommend this hospital if you would get injured or sick during your trip to this beautiful island!

After being attacked by monkeys and having scratches on my leg, I went here to get them checked. The staff were so friendly and helpful and I was seen immediately. Then was walked to other clinic near Tonsai Bay to see the doctor as there weren’t any in that clinic. Would recommend as the service was great and efficient.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I needed to see a dentist but they were able to treat me and give me antibiotics and painkillers. I was seen to by a doctor really quickly. And they guided me through the process of using my insurance. Would definitely recommend. A very pleasant experience!

Kaek, Bee and Shampoo are absolutely incredible. They have the most wonderful bed-side manner. I came in after having a 3 hour bout of continuous vomiting and fever, and immediately was assisted upon entering the clinic. They were extremely professional and were great at explaining what and why they were doing everything they were. They came in to check on me every 3-4 hours and were very prompt whenever I rang the assistance bell if my IV bag was empty or I needed help with anything. They were supportive and always smiling. It made me feel like I was going to be okay and they ensured that I was. This clinic is clean, spacious and very well organized. In conclusion, if you have any issues, don't wait to come get yourself checked out. The staff, nurses and physicians at Worldmed are absolutely incredible.

This place was amazing. The staff were kind, professional, and spoke fluent English. We needed help with some stomach complaints, and we were able to see a doctor within 20 mins. Lab tests were completed within an hour, and they had all the medication we needed available right away for a reasonable price (although we did have travel insurance, which covered it). Go to Worldmed Clinic if you need medical help on Phi Phi - they will make you feel safe, comfortable, and hopefully healthy again!

Was seen very quickly. The staff and doctor are all very nice, professional. The clinic is clean. Have a background in the medical field myself and was nervous about getting care outside of the states, was relieved the staff spoke English fluently and was able to get the care I needed. Would recommend others to come here for your urgent care needs.

Excellent experience! Ambulance came fast and the staff was very polite, professional and gave us the feeling that our needs were important and taken seriously. Had to stay for two nights and I was really pleased that the staff got us a room where I could stay with my sick boyfriend. Handeling insurance was also really easy and the staff was helpful with sorting things out even thought our insurance company wasn't directly working with Worldmed clinic. We also got really good advice for the medicines we left with.

The hospital was clean and the menu was really good too! Would recommend 10/10 if you get sick, hurt or are in need of any medical services.

They took great care of me. I got there with a fever and chills and voimiting.
They left me for the night, gave me medicine. They also gave medication for the entire period of treatment after the hospital. Very friendly rooms ( seems like in some hotel ) , also they let to stay my girlfriend all night long with me for free. They also arrange all documents with my insurer. I can highly reccomend and thank you for great service, great food as in the hospital!! Greetings from Poland :)

Very friendly nurses and doctor. They cleaned my leg wound really good and refreshed the bandage. Expensive compared to the other clinics I have been to.

Thank you for your amazing and lovely service for my monkey bite. Everyone here was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Thankfully I have travel insurance so its covered, but if you do not have travel insurance and need all of the shots and treatment it will be expensive. Otherwise, if you need medical attention I would definitely recommend coming here. Thanks for everything.

Both my boyfriend and I consulted the doctor here for minor health issues at different times. There was no wait time. They let me phone my insurance from their office. Wonderful service, thank you. The center is clean. The price for consultation is very reasonable. The doctor was professional and helpful. He didn't make us run useless tests and we didn't feel like he "took advantage" of our insurance situation.

Excellent service, during my holidays in Thailand i had problems with my feet, its been swollen for days and they take care of me very quickly, i see dorctor within 10 min, they tested my blood to confirm diagnosis and gave me medication. I Highly recommend them as they even helped me to deal with my insurance company and they provided me telephone to save on my international calls. Best clinic I ever attended. Five stars!
