Wat Song Metta Wanaram

I loved this place. Wat Song Metta Wanaram is an adventure. I have visited already quite many Buddhist temple areas, but nowhere I haven't felt like this. I was fascinated. You could spend in Wat Song Metta Wanaram for hours, admiring Buddhist statues, Buddhist small scale architecture, breathing the atmosphere. The moment we visited there, there were only few other visitors, being rather pilgrims than tourists. Wat Song Metta Wanaram is about half hour drive from Pattaya and, to be sure, absolutely worth of it.

the wat song metta wannaram near ban sarey is amazing! it's located on a hill and has a lot of interesting spots! the big buddha statue got fresh white colour right now.
Everything here is very groomed and in best condition. The area with many holy monuments is really large. From the top of the hill a long stairway leads to the ground an some more exciting buildings! To walk down is worth the effort!
from the wat you have an amazing nice view to the countryside around!
it is a quiet but amazing beautiful place! If i go to the silverlake area i always visit this amazing place!
for people who like buddhist temples it’s a must and a great experience!

This a place where many Buddhist activity takes place it is a active Temple with many Thai people and sometimes foreigners come to do mediation and stay as novice. There is an office where you can register yourself. You can take the car up or walk from the Buddhist park below it is a really nice walk and the jungle is nice a cool. There is also meditation caves and many friendly dogs. If you want to do mediation bring a Thai friend.

Beautiful...monks are great.. easy to talk to, smiling and kind. Respectable place. One of my girlfriends favorite places.

Beautiful temple complex, embedded in the most beautiful natural setting, slightly elevated, no through traffic, view to Sattahip.

Genuine and beautiful. We were lucky to be here during an inauguration of munks. Över 200 munks and lots of high brass military was present. Fantastic experience.

Very nice place loved it, hard to get to not touristly but made very welcome.

Green Green

Очень красивый храм, возможно, даже монастырь, так как было много послушников в белой одежде (с огромной долей вероятности, называю их неправильно) и ощущение, что они живут там. Место находится на горе, но есть дорога, по которой на байке легко заехать прям на территорию храма. Энергетика невероятная, хочется сесть и просто ни о чем не думать, наслаждаясь звуками природы и видами вокруг. К белому Будде можно подняться. Есть небольшая смотровая площадка с красивым видом. Были в воскресенье, людей со стороны, кроме нас, вообще не было. Место не туристическое, но я бы очень советовала к посещению.

Wunderbar diese Stille. Sehr gepflegtes Tempelgelände. Tolle Aussicht. Gebäude und (Buddha) - Statuen schön hergerichtet. Diverse sehenswerte Altar-Gruppen. Absolut einen Besuch wert.

Google Mapで指示されたルートは工事で通れないので、迂回する必要がありました。
道路完成までは時間がかかりそうです。
ここも人は全然いなくて静かに鑑賞出来ます。
少し山を登るので雄大な景色を見ることができます。

วัดเงียบสงบ เหมาะกับการมาถือศีลบวชชีพราหมณ์ ส่วนตัวแล้วชอบที่นี่มากค่ะ มาปฎิบัติธรรมที่นี่ปีละ 2 ครั้ง หลังจากลาศิลกลับมา ชีวิตก็ดีขึ้นๆเรื่อยๆ ทางสายกลาง ไม่เคร่งจนเกินไป ปัจจัยแล้วแต่สมควรตามกำลังศรัทธาไม่ใช่วัดที่ รีดไถเงินเชิงเศรษฐกิจ

วัดท้องถิ่นบนภูเขาลูกเล็กๆ สามารถชมวิวจากบนภูเขาได้ 3-4 จุด บรรยากาศเงียบสงบแบบวัดทั่วไป แม้จะผสมผสานความเชื่อจากศาสนาอื่นอยู่บ้างแต่ภาพรวมก็ไม่ได้ขัดตาขัดใจมากเกินไป สภาพบางจุดเก่าและชำรุดอยู่บ้างอาจจะพัฒนามากขึ้นในอนาคตครับ
