Hike up a mountain to see a Buddha’s footprint & sunset views

On top of the mountain, lies a replica of Buddha’s footprint that King Rama V enshrined here. The massive structure is surrounded by gold flowers that visitors have left on their visits, as a mark of respect.

Just a few steps away, there’s also a bell tower where visitors can enter via a short flight of stairs to try their hands at tolling the bell.

At the very summit of this attraction, is where you can enjoy the widest view of Koh Si Chang. This area is also a popular spot for tourists to come up and view the sunrise in the mornings. If you’re an early riser, def make it a point to try coming here at the crack of dawn to get a sweeping city views.

It’s a great place for getting fit body and minds. จจจ, the name of the king Rama V was crafted on the rock. The peak is a Thai flag. Climb up! You will be hug by the superb environment.

This was quite a hike up the stairs, but well worth it for the view. I was glad I had continued up from the Chinese temple.

เดินขึ้นทางรถ ทางชันมากมอไซขับไม่เก่งไม่แนะนำให้ขับขึ้นค่ะ ข้างบนสวยงามสะอาด เดินลงอีกทสงที่เป็นบรรได รกมากๆตอนแรกคิดว่าเดินผิดทาง ปล่อยโทรมมาก

ยังไปไม่ครบตามแผ่นพับที่แนะนำสถานที่เที่ยว น่าไปอีกสักครั้ง เกาะสีชัง ศรีราชา

พวกเราเดินกันมาจากตีนเขา เห็นว่ามีทางขึ้นมาจากศาลเจ้าพ่อใหญ่ ทางชันมาก คนที่ไม่ค่อยได้เดินออกกำลังกายขาอาจล้าได้...แต่ได้แวะชมบรรยากาศระหว่างทางถือว่าคุ้ม..เจอลิงด้วยนะ และได้เห็นถ้ำแวะพัก ที่ ร.5 เคยใช้เป็นจุดพัก เดิน เกาะนี้ต้นปีบเยอะถูกใจสุดที่รักเลย เป็นยาดมชั้นดี.. เดินขึ้นมาถึงด้านบน จะพบต้นไม่ลำต้นสวยแปลกตา ถามคนขายดอกไม้เขาบอกว่า "มะนาวผี" เวลามีลูกๆจะดกเต็มต้นเสียดายไม่ได้เห็น.. ได้ขึ้นไปสักการะรอยพระพุทธบาทจำลอง ด้วยการสวดพระปริตรให้สถานที่ไป 1 จบ...ข้างๆมีเจดีย์หิน เขาตั้งหินกองๆกันเลยจัดกะเขาบ้าง 55 ด้านข้างเจดีย์ มีบันไดลงไปด้านล่าง เห็นว่าลงไปเจอเจ้าพ่อใหญ่..

จากท่าเรือขี่มอไซค์ไปไม่ไกล เมื่อถึงทางสามแยก Y ให้ใช้ช่องซ้าย ถนนจะชันมากๆ ขับขี่ด้วยความระมัดระวัง นอกจากจะขึ้นไปสักการะบูชาแล้ว ยังสามารถขึ้นไปถ่ายรูปชมวิวรอบเกาะได้อีกด้วย
