Spending 5 nights at Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa was an experience like no other. We've traveled a lot and stayed in many luxury hotels, but this place is truly special. The hotel has a stunning traditional Thai architecture, all made from teak wood. The scale and spaciousness of the resort is simply amazing.

One of the highlights is the massive 60-meter pool and the clean, long and beautiful beach. In general the whole place was so peaceful and quiet with just a few other hotel guests to see during the whole day – there are only about 35 suites in the hotel. We never had trouble finding a sun lounger or a day bed by the pool or beach, which made our stay feel very private and exclusive.

From the start, our personal assistant, Pa, made us feel welcomed. She was there to help with everything we needed, from keeping our room just the way we liked, to booking trips and dinners. We booked a "Deluxe Pool Suite" - and it was extraordinary. With its teak construction, high ceilings, and a huge comfortable bed, not to mention our own pool and a terrace surrounded by nature, it felt like a luxury hideaway.

A big thank you to Pa and all the staff for their kindness and excellent service. It's rare to find such friendly staff who make your stay unforgettable.

The food at the resort, from breakfast to dinner, was good, though dinner can be a bit pricey. For those looking to explore local dining options, we highly recommend "Wooden Bridge" just 100m away. And our pro tip: There is a local shop near the "Nurul Islam Mosque" that you won't find on Google Maps (you get snacks, drinks, etc. there – much cheaper than 7-eleven).

Fantastic - absolutely worth the money. Located on a stretch of Natai beach with little else around except a (very) few other resorts and private villas, sand, sea and salt. Excellent service (with a smile) - lovely staff. Good size villa with own pool and nice garden surroundings. Excellent buffet breakfast (wonderful lattes!). Nice to sit at beach restaurant to watch a perfect sunset. Perfect location for a few days of peace and quiet away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible experience !! The rooms and hospitality are amazing. Great facilities (gym, beach, etc).
Everybody was so kind and they allowed us to spend the day on their beach even past check out as we waited for our flight. Amazing gym!
The location is far away from the centre but if you’re staying here you’re staying to experience the awesome hotel. 10/10

Heavenly place - we loved everything about the resort. The lovely villas, the lush green garden / jungle area, the amazing pool, the private beach, the great staff.. it was the best experience we could imagine. We definitely recommend this amazing place, worth every cent. We are looking forward to coming again in the future!

Gorgeous resort done in traditional Thai wood carving design - the attention to detail is phenomenal, but, we found ourselves worried for the future of the Santhiya Natai resort.

The whole place is made of beautifully carved and intricate wooden structures, from the floor up to the ceiling, even the fans and fixtures, no detail has been missed. Stained glass and soaring ceilings in pagoda-style rooms with spires on the rooftops makes you feel like Thai royalty.

Tons of staff - we were doted over, but this is partially due to the fact that there was maybe 10 other groups staying there with us. It wasn't just quiet, it was silent. At some points we were the only family occupying the pool or day beds. Alongside this, they were doing staining and repair work to the main structures at the clubhouse. It dawned on us the tremendous amount of upkeep these wooden buildings would require: it can't be cheap, and it seems like that factor is driving the prices up more than anything else. It is a luxurious place, but the overhead has to be astronomical.

Overall a great stay, if you're looking for peace and quiet you should go nowhere else, just hope it's still around in a few years by the looks of things.

This place is completely amazing. We (the two of us and our daughter (16)) have been to very esteemed resorts in Thailand, Maldives, Langkawi 4-5 times more expensive and yet Santhiya Natai is now top of our list. What a wonderful place to spend our holidays in February 2024.

Santhiya deserves all our praise for their high quality in so many areas so let me begin with what you DON'T get at this place: If you are looking for a lot of buzz, small shops and plenty of restaurants and bars near by, don't go to Santhiya. The nearest restaurant is at the nearest hotel 1 km away... We had dinner at Santhiya nine nights straigt and never ran out of options. They also acommodated special wishes.

The villas and rooms are amazing, huge and with lovely, private pools. Great outdoor space. The master-bed in our room is the biggest I have ever seen, probably 240 cm wide. In our villa, a 'Hideaway Pool Villa' there was a small kitchenette (actually quite big), a desk, sofa arrangement, tv and a large bathroom. A separate bed for our daughter was also huge and comfy.

The common area with pools, daybeds, sofa's, chairs and what not was extensive, the main pool probably 40 meters long and with amazing views over the beach, the palm trees and the sea. You can walk 15 kilometers on that beach and only meet very few people.

Everything was clean, well kept (it's quite new) and very charming. The walk to the villa's is everything Asian: quiet, warm and completely covered in fantastic plants and trees, birds and - calmness.

And most importantly: The staff is fantastic. All exceptionally friendly, service minded and eager to help. Many of the people you engage with on a daily basis will learn your names and know how you want your coffee for breakfast. I expect that this is also a result of the efforts of the most friendly and helpful Resort Director I have ever met. Jimmy does everything and more to help you have a wonderful stay.

Needless to say - we will be back. The sooner the better!

This is one of our most beautiful hotels that we had stayed in our life until now. Super close to the beach, a really nice pool, and the staff.... I really love them! There's 3 people that will stay in my heart forever from the staff: Kent, Farot, Mia. They are amazing and helpful in so many ways and just really cool human beings. I wish I could move to this place and live here.

Wow, just absolutely wow! We stayed here from 22-24 September 2023 and I really wish we stayed here at least another two or three nights, we organised a shorter stay only because we were not sure how much there would be to do and explore in the area, but there is lots to see and do in the nearby area, many great authentic restaurants, markets, waterfall and town nearby, a great place for relaxing away from the very touristy areas like Phuket and PhiPhi.
Now before we even got here I was in contact with a lovely person named Worrawoot Pinitkarn from their sister resort on Koh Yao Yai . Worrawoot was so so helpful throughout all my questions and concerns and recommended Santhiya Natai beach as I was concerned about travelling on the ocean in low season. If it wasn't for Worrawoot's great service at the start we may not even have stayed here as we wouldn't have known about it and also wouldn't have started to experience the 5 star service before even booking.
Once I started deciding when to book I was in communication with Nisa who was just as helpful answering my questions about transport and other things. Both staff were super quick to respond and had great English.
2 days before our arrival lovely Mai got in contact with me via WhatsApp to ensure she has the details for our flight and assured me many times not to worry about delays(we were delayed an hour at our stopover) that their driver would wait(included with our 2d3n package) . And sure enough upon landing our driver picked us up and loaded our bags in the car. At the resort on a rainy night 10pm there was Mai waiting for us at the entrance in the pouring rain with umbrellas. Her and the other staff loaded our belongings and organised for it to be taken to our room.
We were welcomed with a welcome drink and refresher towel while everything else was being organised. The place was absolutely stunning - like a fairytale!
The slim security guard, who took us up to reception in the buggy was there everyday greeting us and stopping whatever little traffic there was for us to safely cross the street to the resort every day.
The staff at the restaurant were all amazing, every single person greeting you warmly every single time they see us. I am not good with names but Farot and Ken or Kevin was lovely and helpful. On our first day there was a lady playing a xylophone type instrument creating the best vibe.
Food choices were almost anything you could think of Thai and western. Freshly made and delicious. Unlimited Breakfast buffet and al la carte was included daily with the package with juices and teas available as well included. And although they have a ipad to order on the staff are always there to help and order for you even.
Now let's get to the room.
Absolutely fantastic set up, very private like a villa but with the perks of being a hotel with staff cleaning every day, even neatly folding my own clothes I just left on the chair, respecting belongings. There are lovely little touches to make this room extra special, cleanliness was good and water very warm for the shower, though the shower did flood a little if we showered too long it wasn't a massive issue and we did not report it as it didn't bother us. Pool was also clean. The bed was huuuuge like two queen beds next to each other. Traditional harder Thai bed but still comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. As I said before it would have been nice to stay longer if we could.
Price for all of this was very very good considering the 5star service and set-up. Plus I recommend signing up to the membership(they don't spam you) as you get extra discount plus money to spend at the resort, which we used for one more delicious meal and dessert for each of us before leaving.
We also had a massage at the spa and it was fantastic as well, I fell asleep as it was so nice and my husband had pain relieved by the very professional ladies. Our belongings(camera, drone go pro, wallet) were safe and untouched while having the massage.
Exceptional place - highly recommended! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We stayed 2 nights in Sathiya Phuket Natai Resort. It felt like some kind of fairytale when we first entered the property. Intricate thai architecture, each villa with private pools and jacuzzi, lip smacking delicacacies, amazing private beach, panoramic Andaman sea, polite staffs made our holiday so special.

Very good staff, supportive and caring. Receptionist Siri was super kind and our waitress Pui.
Hotel is away from city and crowd. Very peaceful. Rooms are clean. The entire interior designed in traditional style, what makes it special is that it's all woden.
Beach and pool are clean and well maintained.

Awesome property. The rooms are large and well furnished. The pool and tub on the private deck are wonderful. The two pools behind the beach are really nice. I had the beach to myself. It is a spectacular place if you're looking for someplace quiet and isolated.

A very authentic place in absolutely Thai style. A lot of wood with carvings and ornaments was used in the interiors. It feels like it takes you back to another time. Large rooms, where every detail is thought out to the smallest detail. In my opinion, it is a must for a stay at least for a short time. There are not many tourists in this area, which makes this place ideal for escaping from the hustle and bustle. Introverts will appreciate it. )) One of the places near Phuket where evening walks on the beach are possible in complete solitude. The only negative of the beach area is the garbage washed ashore. Arrival - September.

We had the best experience in this resort.
The villa’s design is natural and more of Thai cultural style. Well furnished and all made of wood. We loved the privacy and we loved the quite moments on the beach. We stayed there at the end of our journey in Thailand just for relaxing.
The dine in services is easy to order even if you are staying at the beach you just need to scan barcode and the order will come to you.
The staff are so lovely and friendly.
The swimming pool is clean and excellent. The depth is 1.2 m and has all the safety measures even for kids.
The spa services is outstanding , has variety of massages , the music and environment are spectacular. We enjoyed the Aroma and Thai massage.
The resort is around 30 minutes to the airport. I highly recommend this resort at the end of your journey after you finished exploring the phuket.
Definitely I will comeback :)

I would stay at this again at heart beat. Everything was perfect, perfectly organized. Truly a tropical gorgeous spot located by beautiful Natai beach, secluded and clean. We ate at the restaurant almost all our meals. Delicious food reasonably priced for high quality resort. So glad we found this place. We stayed here more extended days and bringing our parent here for amusement. Rooms are traditionally grand and beautiful. Found really good deal on Agoda!!

Booked a Deluxe Pool Villa as a family of 3 with a 4 year old child. As you first pull up to the hotel, you are blown away by the grand entrance and the wooden structure the hotel is fully made of, very exquisite intricate design and carvings. Checking in was swift. We arrived after check in hours, so did not have to wait.

The room is a good size, lounge area, huge bed, small pantry, walk in closet area attached to the toilet and entrance to your own private pool.

Large toilet with many amenities.

Room service and front desk queries are catered through an app and what’s app. Very quick responses (Thank You Mai).

The pool area outside is big space with lounging chairs, dining table, and the pool is just amazing.

There is buggy service from the pool to the breakfast area. They arrived quickly to pick us up whenever we called, but the hotel was not full when we went, so everything was quick.

Breakfast had limited options, on display. However, they have a live egg station with so many options of gourmet eggs. They also offer coffee (hot and cold) many options to choose from from latte to flat white to iced latte. You just need to ask. Other options such as fruits and yoghurt and cereal was available.

Lunch and dinner had adequate options, but I do guess, if you are staying more than 3 nights, you may get bored of the food :) I enjoyed chilling at the restaurant that faces the main pool and the beach watching the sunset.

Each individual at the restaurant was so caring and attentive.

There were regular short shows of Thai dancing and Thai instrumental music. That was lovely.

There are two main pools at the restaurant (the rooms and the restaurant is divided by a small road that usually is empty, safe to cross, there is a security guard to flag and stop cars so you can cross).

The main pool is on the same level as the restaurant decorated with Thai long tail boats look alike lounge chairs !! Loved them. There is a small area kids can swim at, but definitely need floaters for the rest of the pool for smaller kids (1.2 mtrs). There is another pool on the beach level (take the stairs going down), but it was just way too shallow for us, suitable for kids to age of 2ish.

Beach: we could not swim due to the waves and jelly fishes. But we enjoyed walking up and down the beach.

Pool in the room was a good good size with depth of 1.2 meters. Our son needed floaters to help him swim longer and enjoy the pool, there was no shallow option.

There is no rail around the private pool, just take note to keep an eye if you have younger kids that wander off.

The hotel is surrounded by trees and surrounded by nature, all sort of nature’s insects (crawling and flying) are around you. We kept a big spray, sprayed all the entrances and the corners of the room in and out, daily. There are mosquito repellant in the room provided by the hotel. We kept a burning coil outside in the pool area (away from the wood structure). But the hotel is very responsible and fumigate the surroundings 3 times a week, we did not have much of an issue with mosquitos.

We wish the hotel would provide a stool in the toilet for younger kids to use the sink.

Wonderful stay over all.

Will definitely be trying out the other Santhiya Hotels in Thailand.

Amazing hotel! All the resort is new and the wooden architecture is stunning. The Villas are a dream and the private swimming pool impressive. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is kind, the food is good and the price is more than affordable for this kind of place. Absolutely recommended!

We did not stay, but came for dinner. We lived in a villa nearby and walked passed during the day. It looked beautiful and decided to come for dinner.

The hotel is constructed by wood with carvings throughout. Beautiful setting.

We had a table by the pool, facing the sea. Food was really good and reasonably priced. Our waiter Kent was from the Philippines and was very nice and pleasant.

I recommend the lobster soup, club sandwich and the chicken with cashew nuts. Very tasty!
