Chanapha Residence

We stayed at the Chanapha Residence for 3 nights with our 4 years old kid and our stay here was nothing but incredible. The hotel is new, modern and very clean, beatiful garden, comfortable swimming pool. Actually in reality everything is much better than in the pictures.
The owners and all the staff members were super nice, super friendly and always ready to react.
As for the food, you can choose between the European and local kitchen, every meal can be prepared in accordance with individual needs (for example pasta with butter for the kid).
Actually it was more as the stay at our friends, not at the hotel. We will miss you!
Strongly recommended, the best quality for the lowest price in the area. 10 points, definitely.

I spent two weeks in Thailand. First week in Ko Lanta at an expensive resort. Second week at the Chanapha Residence, where we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Deng and George, in a lovely and modern setting, located in the beautiful Krabi countryside.

Now, if you want the standard western resort treatment, replete with overpriced meals, stuffy affluent clientele, and people being paid to be polite to you, the resort is fine.

But if you want incredibly personal and consistent customer service, while interacting with your hosts/owners/new friends, at a fraction of the price, then this is a good place for you.

There's a lot to do around the area and George and Deng are so helpful and friendly. The google rating is very high, and I think its gonna stay this way because of these two and their oasis of service and hospitality.

Our stay could not have been better. George & Daeng are great hosts. Breakfast was very good and not restricted by time of day. If we rolled out of bed at 10, Daeng was right there with coffee and menu's. The free breakfast is not off the regular menu, but you have your choice of 5 different combination options. All were ample and I'm a big guy with an appetite. It's a little out of town, but that made it nice and quiet. Rent a scooter and you're set. (Props to Google maps ! They had us all over the place with no worries). The call to prayer was far enough away to not wake you, but added to the charm. Pool was very nice. See you next time George and Daeng ! We've stayed in chanapha residence unfortunately only for 1 night. It was a stop between other destinations. It turned out that it was our best stay in Thailand. Everything was perfect: balcony view, room was sterile clean, the owner made sure we had all the things we needed. Loundry came back in 2 hours: dry and clean. I recommend to everyone who enjoys high standard with homely atmosphere!

Highly recommend for the best villa holiday. We enjoyed our stayed with a big family and kids. The food was very testy. They have original Thai food, western food and drink.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, the gardens, the pool the owners and staff were so kind and helpful. I was lucky enough to have the whole pool and nothing but the pool to myself! The menu offers a great selection of fine dining and snacks. Top class villas, clean and modern.

I won't bother going too much into detail here... If you are reading this review, save yourself the trouble and simply book your stay at the Chanapha now before there are no rooms left, you sure as heck won't regret it! (They only have 4 bungalows) The pictures don't do the place justice, the staff is the best, the restaurant is cozy and it is simply a quite/relaxing place to stay..

My wife and I recently spent three nights. Couldn’t have been more pleased. Modern, clean, very quiet and comfortable. George & Daeng are great hosts. The food was great with a well stocked bar in a beautiful outdoor setting. We will be coming back for a longer stay so we have the me to explore a most beautiful area of Krabi.

The place is amazing, located in a small beautiful village. The owners Daeng and George are super nice, helpful and incredible.
The resort itself is super clean and well looked after. The location is not on the beach but you can rent motorcycles or even a car with the help of Daeng and George.
The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and amazingly good and fresh coffee.
We can’t wait until our next visit!

Beautiful resort with few high standard villas and proper pool. Owners are unbelievable hospital. Restaurant at this place is serving amazing German and Thai style food. Delicious 😋 😋 😋 😋 😋

We stayed here for 2 weeks after a busy 5 weeks touring SE Asia and had a wonderful time. George and Daeng are so welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Chanapha is so peaceful and yet is within an easy moped or taxi ride from the beaches, nightlife and shopping. We ate in the restaurant every night and the food was delicious and very well-priced. Thank you Mimi and Daeng! We stayed in an Orchid suite which was spacious , comfortable and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was great to wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong and then sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee. We really didn't want to leave and will definitely return, thank you for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

I recently stayed at this beautiful boutique resort in Din daeng noi on the outskirts of Krabi, wow it was amazing, the attention to my comfort and therefore my enjoyment was second to none. I wish to take this opportunty to thank George and Khun Daeng for their hospitality. I slept well in the well appointed room, and thoroughly enjoyed the peace and tranquility around the pool as well as the friendly chats at the bar with other guests and locals, I strongly reccomend this place

We live in Thailand and traveled by car to Krabi province (normally it would be high season but this year everything is different because of COVID). We stayed at Chanapha Residence for 10 days. We are a family of 4 (with a toddler and a baby) and we had the best time ever. The room/house are modern, very spacious and super clean with everything equipped you dream of. We enjoyed the pool, placed between the only 3 houses and the restaurant/bar within a tropical garden, every day. The food (breakfast was inclusive) always very delicious and made with so much love. The whole Residence is high quality and so nice/quiet located away from big streets and busy tourist places. Thank you Khun Daeng for your hospitality PS: Baby Thani is missing you.
