good hospital. well equipped. very kind and pleasant staff. We came here with poisoning, our insurance company sent us here. we were offered to stay here for treatment overnight. They examined us, took blood from a vein for analysis, and put on an IV. The room is very pleasant with a wonderful view of the sea. nurses checked on us several times a night and brought us medicine and food. English is spoken quite well here. The doctor told me my blood test, they found an infection in it, so they added an antibiotic to my treatment. After the night I felt better. The doctor recommended that we stay one more night here, but we decided that we were already feeling fine and wanted to continue our journey. Thank you very much to the clinic, I felt safe and good here, I completely trusted the staff. but I must warn you that if you are treated here without insurance, the price for treatment will be very high (we were told that it is about 30-40 thousand baht for one night in the hospital)

I went to hospital after suffering from food poisoning, the medics came to pick me up because I was so weak that I couldn't walk. They did all the necessary tests and immediately gave me a drip. They quickly got me back on my feet. They checked my condition every 4 hours and, if necessary, immediately responded to my fever or headache. The service was super nice, they took care of me with the greatest attention. They helped me use the phone to deal with my insurance. My partner was able to stay with me in the hospital room overnight, which made things a lot easier. The hospital room was very comfortable, clean and had everything you needed. Upon discharge, I received the necessary medications to continue treatment at home.

We had to spend here two nights because of food poisoning. The nurses and doctors are very professional, they treated us very well and we got better already on the second day. The hospital is highly equipped and the rooms are also very high end (they have smart Tv, Netflix, nice view to the sea and even PS4).
They assisted us to clarify with our insurance provider , the communication between the hospital and my insurance company (Allianz) were flawless.

I came to the hospital because of a bad case of food poisoning. We called them in the night, they were there in 15 minutes to pick us up. After a careful examination they began the treatment. We had to spend two nights here. Very friendly, attentive staff, they even helped us to get ahold of our insurance company. If you are in need of medical care, this is the place to come.
Might not be cheap, but the quality of the care, treatment and equipment justifies it.

Wonderful support and service after my partner had experienced severe food poisoning. They were open and honest about costs and gave us a nice room and allowed me to stay as well to support my partner. Amazing place with amazing staff - I got here during my holidays because of salmonella infection and they put me back on my legs in 2 days. Every aspect of recovery was taken care of, nurses and doctors were kind and attentive and really made the stay as comfortable as could be. If you’re on Phi Phi island and need medical attention - go straight to them!

I can't say enough good things about this place! From the second I walked in, everyone was SO kind and helpful. The doctor ran so many tests to find out what was wrong with me, and immediately began treatment overnight. The nurses were all very gentle and skillful, and even their financial person went above and beyond to contact my travel insurance carrier to see if payment could be arranged directly (as opposed to me paying the hospital and then waiting to be reimbursed by the insurance.) I have never had such a pleasant experience in a hospital! Just WOW!

The clinic provided excellent and necessary care to treat Dengue fever.
The doctors and nurses are very nice and kind, they explain everything thoroughly so that the patient understands.
The room is clean and well equipped, the food is very tasty.
The clinic has contacted the insurance company directly, so all costs are covered directly.
We are glad we went here.

Our son was treated exceptionally well here and the staff were all professional and courteous. They made us all feel so welcome and brought our little boy back to great health! We cannot thank the hospital enough for an incredible result!

Me and my partner were admitted for 4 days for bacterial gut infections,
It sucks going to hospital on a holiday but all the staff were super lovely, we felt at ease and taken care of the entire stay.
They made great effort to help us understand exactly what was going on in English, keep us comfortable and even organized transport to fetch our baggage from our hotel!
We discharged this morning and left without experiencing any typical feelings of hospital induced depression.
Better than any hospital in Australia!

I recently visited WorldMed Hospital on Phi Phi Island after sustaining an injury, and I must commend the exceptional care provided by the staff, particularly the nurse named Bee. Her professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach truly stood out during my visit.

Nurse Bee skillfully tended to my wound with meticulous attention, ensuring not only its proper treatment but also providing clear explanations every step of the way, which was greatly reassuring. Her dedication to patient well-being was evident, creating a comforting and supportive environment during what could have been a stressful situation.

I’m super happy with this hospital and all the staff involved. My daughter got food poisoning. The day after we asked the hotel for a doctor visit to our room, it took them 10 minutes to arrive. We went to the hospital which a doctor examinated her. We stayed for 1 night before we could go home. This is the first time I visited a hospital in Thailand and I’m very impressed. Big thanks to all the staff who took great care of my daughter. I will forever be grateful.

The centre here took care of my partners big wound very well. He had 31 stitches the day before, so we visited for it to be cleaned and redressed. They took care of him very quickly and made sure we knew everything (including costs ) before they started doing anything.. would recommend them if you need to visit.

Came to phi phi with my husband we both had infections that was cut and drained before coming so we just needed cleaning. The ladies behind reception were extremely helpful with contacting our insurance company. The girls who treated me and my husband were very gentle with our wounds. Very good medical centre

Great. They contacted my travel insurance company and could manage to get my costs reimbursed.

They gave me the medicine too, and didn't have to buy it separately. I'm very satisfied with them.

We used the insurance app to search for an doctor since my son had high fever. The M.D it found couldn't to a house call so the clinic called and ask if we can go there, which was OK with us. They sent their electric car to pick us up.
At the clinic the staff, nurses and doctor, were very nice, professional and helping.
