Zita Beach Resort

We had a lovely stay, food was good, there was sea grass in the sea but it is not hotel's fault. During our 2 weeks we were able to use kayaks only for last 3 days due to the waves. Money exchange had fair courses. Animations in hotel were quite on point, zumba by Mario and step aerobic by Ali were my favourite.

What I have to point out though is that there was not english speaking stuff at the reception all the time which was something I would expect.

Apart from rooms, amenities, beach, pools, and good service, I have to underline this hotel's animation team and their programs. Each day we had fun, sport activities, dancing classes and evening shows thanks to them. I have been in many resorts on the north of Tunisia before this one, and they were all very good, but I must say the animation team in Zita Beach Resort is the best I have seen so far. They are talented, skillful, professional, but also kind and friendly at the same time. They organize many fun activities and make you enjoy your holiday to the maximum. Many thanks to Mario, Gigi, Ali, Mimi... supervisors and all animators.

We had a great experience!
-When it comes to service, everything was clean: free room service each morning, they were cleanin the common areas every day, even vacuuming the pool.
-Food was great as well, lot of different options, but limited for vegetarian/vegan if you don't want to eat salad everytime (it seemed they always had something vegetarian, but only limited choices)
- Activities you could ranged from simple morning warmup with th instructor to doing all kinds of sports, or dancing classes(those are the free options, we didn't try the payed stuff) and everything we tried was great. The animation stuff had lot of energy, always incurring you to join in.
-Wifi was not working most of the time(we didn't pay for the extra), it was working only when there were only few people around, so 7am breakfast, or when everyone was on diner you go to the pool and wifi would work.

Overall it was a nice stay

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr schön. Man kann sich in der Anlage gut erholen und es wird auch einiges geboten.
Einen kleinen Abstrich gibt es. Die Sauberkeit in den sanitären Anlagen war manchmal nicht ganz gegeben,hat aber der Erholung keinen Abbruch gegeben.

Opinia dotyczy pobytu w bungalowie. Zacznę od minusów - Typowe dla Tunezji i Turcji niedociągnięcia typu "słabe wykończenia wnętrz", lekko obskurne pokoje i obsługa zorientowana na klienta zza Odry.
Plusy - Położony nad samym morzem kompleks, wszędzie piękne palmy. Dużo atrakcji typu zumba i inne takie, wieczorne animacje. Na plaży taniutkie atrakcje typu skutery za 80 dinarów za 20 minut, wycieczka na lagunę w podobnej cenie. Na morzu widzieliśmy delfiny !!! Podsumowując to były nasze najlepsze wakacje, a w kilku miejscach na świecie byłem.

Wir haben hier einen super Urlaub verbracht.
Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich, Essen war sehr lecker und für jeden immer etwas dabei.
Zimmer waren geräumig und wurden jeden Tag gesäubert.
Wir würden dieses Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!!!

Accueil parfait, le personnel est vraiment gentil.
Chambre belle et propre, animation très sumpa
Plage et piscine top, le restaurant très bien.
Nous sommes restés 15 jours et on gardera de super souvenirs..

Zeer onvriendelijk personeel, vuile kamers.Vuile vloer rond zwembaden, dit land is een grote vuilbak, alles kan voor extra Dinars zoals tafels reserveren, betere drank, enz....Toeristen worden beschouwd als geldschieters . Lokatie was rustig, mooi uitzicht. GEEN AANRADER !!!
