Their website says less than 48h delivery, it was true for some time. But for the second time, I ordered some groceries on friday because I needed them for sunday, they didn't show up. Called me on tuesday while I was at work. I told them clearly that I am not available before 6pm but they still called me the next day during the day. Now it's been over 10 days still no order. I logged in to find it marked as finished in my order history. This was the second time they spend four days before delivery. They don't call prior to check for availability like they said. They call you while you are in front of your house. The delivery agents are friendly enough and nice. I only gave two stars because of that only. I ordered oats and I found them full of bugs. I had to throw it away but I didn't say a thing. The vegetables go bad fast in comparison with other sources. They promise a free delivery after 5 deliveries but that didn't happen for me. So yeah whatever they say on their website isn't entirely true. They seem to have a problem in management. I would have understood if they called and said that they won't be able to deliver it until a certain time but they didn't. Maybe look for other options before checking this one
