TUI BLUE Grand Azur

We had a great time at the TUI Blue Grand Azur. My partner and I found everything about the hotel to be immaculate, the staff were super friendly and everything is within walking distance. The food on offer was tremendous, from the buffet-style food to the a la carte menu. The food on offer was varied, with something new to try every day. The range of drinks were great and you could even stay on the beach with unlimited drinks at the beach bar. The bed was incredibly comfy and the brilliant cleaners kept everything clean and tidy for when you returned to your room. We holidayed as a couple here and had such a great time that we plan to return with our family next year.

Really nice stay. You get what you paid for for all inclusive. A lot of options for food and drinks (non-alcoholic as we don’t drink). Hospitality is great. Also love that they have activities throughout the day. Personally I loved the meditation classes and stretch classes in the morning with Ceren. Such a lovely lady and a really nice way to start the day. Overall, would give it a 4.5-5

Very friendly Staff!!!Overall, the hotel seemed very professionally managed and very clean.

The colleagues at reception were always able to help and responded to my room request very quickly within a few hours to my email (Ali Yilmaz and mehmet bey).

In the restaurant, Ahmet Eşiyok and Aydin (and many others) were always very helpful and friendly in service and despite all the work, they still had time for a chat.

🏃‍♀🏊🏋‍♀You could also use the fitness club and spa area of ​​the Ocean Fitness Blu Spa: sauna, steam bath and salt room as well as an indoor pool and the Turkish hammam. You can also book various treatments such as in the hammam, massages and facial treatments for a fee. In addition, everything was very clean and well maintained. 😇

The fitness equipment was very diverse.

The manager of the fitness and spa area (Şerif) and his team (e.g. Halime, Bilal) were very friendly, competent and helpful. They all spoke English very well and Şerif bey also spoke some German.🙂 Overall very professional.

I booked a package with a Turkish hammam, a neck and back massage. The masseuse Henny (herself originally from Bali) was very good. I can recommend her very well. She had done a very good job. I felt like newborn.. Thanks also to Şerif, Bilal and Zeynep for the good care in the spa area. The prices for the extra treatments are very good/fair. I looked also at other spas in Marmaris but they didn't look inviting. I can highly recommend the Tui Blue Spa.

There was no intrusive entertainment in the hotel. Thanks to the varied sports and leisure activities such as yoga, Fascia Fit, Pilates, darts, water polo, water aerobics, table tennis and the daily live shows, there was something for every taste. 🏊‍♀🤽‍♂🤽‍♀⚽🏀🎾🏓🎯

In the beach bar, Sevilay and her colleagues always provided us with drinks with a smile. Any special requests were readily accommodated. The beach and water were very clean. Fantastic view😎🏊‍♀🏝🏖🏞⛰⛵🛶🚤⚓

I'll definitely be back😊 You can really switch off here in this little paradise.( And if you look at the prices outside in the restaurants in Marmaris, it is a top price-performance ratio.)

Just returned from our 20th stay at this fabulous hotel! We travel all over the world but each year we return here and in all honesty although we stay in some superb, magical locations, Grand Azur comes top in almost every aspect. I actually gave a little dance when we arrived. We were home!! In short the staff make this hotel stand out from the rest. Management are superb, always at hand to look into & solve any issues. Lesley the Tui Rep was always there with a huge welcoming smile, so approachable & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Best TUI rep we have ever had! The staff in the restaurants go out of their way to make sure everyone’s dietary requirements / wishes are met., they all work so hard and are just brilliant. A personal plus for me this time around was having the most beautiful ring created by the hotel jeweller. Yusuf and his daughter were so helpful and patient! Sad to be home now but of course we have already booked for next year as have our friends, they too are hooked, booking time & time again. Speaks for itself!

Good hotel , but little over priced for the outdated rooms, location was great little
Away from the crowded area but 10 min walk into it!
Service was good especially at the beach which is 5 steps out of property.
Very safe and secured resort.
Buffets were huge options ( you won’t get hungry lol)
Service was excellent.

We stayed here in April/May 2023 and we had a fantastic time.
Excellent food in the dining rooms and a very good a la carte restaurant on the top floor. Giving amazing panoramic views of the Marmaris coastline and bay.
The staff work exceptionally hard and can't do enough for you.
Guest relations manager (Ruthe) is an asset to the hotel, and she goes "above and beyond" to ensure that all guests have a memorable time, whilst at The TUI Blue Grand Azur.

Had a brilliant stay at Grand Azur. There was a wide range of activities and entertainment. I particularly enjoyed the DJ class with Tuhan, he made it very fun and enjoyable and was very encouraging towards the group. Overall the hotel has everything you’d need, all the staff provided exceptional service and I would recommend.

This hotel offered the best food I have ever had in any hotel. The restaurant isn't the biggest, but the quality of food is second to none, and I should know I have stayed in all the top hotels in Marmaris, the roof terrace restaurant is one of the best I have ever experienced, the staff are a credit to this hotel, please tip them, you will benifit if you do! The only problem that I have with this hotel is the half a dozen cats allowed to roam in the seating area, I don't appreciate cats or any animals on the chairs or dining tables, hairs on the table are not to be tolerated in my opinion. This situation is made worse by idiots feeding them food when people in Turkey, in general, could only dream of the foods offered, let alone feeding amazing food to cats. If you have an allergy to pet hairs, avoid this hotel.

Seems like the best bet on the main strip in Marmaris. İçmeler may still have the edge despite the recent fires there, depends what you're after. The hotel itself was hard to fault in my opinion, food was a lot better than expected from a large buffet style set up. Good variety, fresh produce and really excellent service. Bravo

8 night stay, all-inclusive, from 26th March 2024.
This is one of the best holidays I have been on and I've been on many wonderful holidays! The hotel was immaculate with so many facilities; the staff were super friendly & helpful. We were lucky to arrive the day after it opened for the season, so it was lovely & quiet until the weekend where it got a bit busier as the schools had broken up for Easter. The food was delicious and so much choice; there was always somewhere to get food, no matter the time. They put out an Easter display in the main foyer on Easter Sunday which made me smile - a nice touch. Lovely location, stunning views, weather was above the seasonal average from day 2 of our break (usually 21 degrees but it was 26). We enjoyed an exfoliation treatment in the Turkish bath, and a massage afterwards - so relaxing, plus the sauna and steam room. We used the gym nearly every day; a large, bright space with a good range of equipment, plus a fitness room if you wanted to do some mat work. It could've done with some air movement to keep us a bit cooler but there was nothing, other than a small fan on the treadmill but I aborted my running mission as it was too warm. Our room looked out over an extremely noisy hotel when it came to their evening entertainment but it luckily finished at 11pm and we put the air con on to drown it out ever so slightly. Cleaning, reception, waiting staff all A*. The pool area was kept really clean and tidy; a lady was doing a tremendous job in disposing of used cups and cleaning the area throughout the day. Our meal at the Levante restaurant was beautiful - what a vista! Food delicious.
Absolutely loved the place and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anybody; I'm even debating coming again - I never holiday twice in the same place. I could walk to either Marmaris or Icmeler every morning. The feral cats there are so well cared for, which made me happy. Thank you so much for making this such a fantastic trip, my 19-year-old son and I loved it.

Great Hotel, Very good location. Around 15 min walk from the main area of Marmaris. The food was at a pretty good standard of open buffet with lots of options.

The Night events were alright and had different events during our stay. The beach was very private and well looked after and consant security walking around looking for wrist bands to ensure you were staying at the hotel.

Overall pretty good hotel for what you can get in marmaris area.

Had an amazing week here with my daughter left on the 9th may.Never been to Turkey before but this hotel did not disappoint us lovely staff,food,and staff in resturant couldnt do enough for you always checking to make sure you was ok .surroundings well maintained beach beautiful. old town was beautiful well worth a visit I would recommend this hotel

This hotel is absolutely amazing and one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The service is impeccable and there is not a single flaw I can think of when it comes to this hotel.

The staff are exceptional and it has everything to offer. The pool bar restaurant was my favourite, the food was amazing and the quality was outstanding. The entertainment was top notch and everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating.

If you're looking for the best hotel in Marmaris, this is the one!

I just wanted to say thank you for your help at the spa
I had a 20 year problem that no doctors were able to help me with a frozen shoulders and neck pain until i turned up here and advised to have one of there massages I decided to try it out within a few moments one of the girl’s said that i had a problem with neck and shoulders due to driving HGV Vehicles for over 35 years and no Doctors were able to help me until I turned up here in Marmaris Turkey with the very first day of treatment they knew that i needed a follow up treatment to help get rid of the the knots in my neck and back! Which was very stiff and grinding each time I turned my head! Bye the time they got hold of me after 3 treatments that they advised me to take with hot stone’s! I’m a complete new man since I’ve taken the treatment i didn’t even consider the prices because I could feel the relief of the treatments that they gave me in this hotel the sauna area was like a medical facility and staff was very attentive and genuinely care and now I’m on my way back to the uk completely healed with this injury I had for 20 years
So i thank you all for the help and relief of chronic pains i had suffered all this time

My wife and I have been coming here twice a year since 2022, we love it, staff, food, atmosphere and rooms superb next one already booked.

All the waiters at the restaurant are amazing! So happy with my experience and would come back to this beautiful hotel 100x more!

It is a wonderful place to stay, with clean rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff. The water on the seaside is crystal clear.

THE BEST!
Stayed at lots of similar hotels and have to say that the Grand Azur was the best. Food was impeccable with an astounding selection throughout the day ( and night). Entertainment was brill in the evening and the different facilities including the spa, tennis court and pools just made the whole experience 10/10. Loved the beach bar and hotel use only sun beds. Staff amazing and couldn’t be more helpful.

First time in Marmaris and was impressed also- lots to do and all reasonably priced!

My Wife and i stayed at the Grand Azur for 10 wonderful days back in August 2022, we hadn't been able to have a holiday in many years due to work and this was just the most wonderful experience. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the facilities were good, I particularly liked the Spa as their treatments helped relieve my back and shoulder pain issues. the rooms were of a good standard and choice of food was excellent. The only negative for us was that there were many more children staying at the hotel than we expected as we were of the impression that this would not be the case. Having said that they were all very well behaved. We would love to come back soon, but may have to save for a while 10/10.

The best service I have ever received. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Cocktail class and cooking class were fun and informative and there is so much to do at the hotel. From the hotel spa with Turkish bath to the games that can be played throughout the day you are always preoccupied.
The night time entertainment is amazing. Z and DJ Tuhan do a perfect job with all sorts of variety across the week. The location for the hotel is perfect as it is right on the beach front with a short walk to bars and restaurants if you want to eat or drink out. If not the food in the restaurant is beautiful, changing from day to day with everyday being just as good as the last; my favourite meal being the lamb chops. Overall it was the perfect experience and totally worth the price.
