Alkan Hotel

We love the Alkan hotel have been visiting for many years. The location is brilliant and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean as the maids work very hard. Nothing is never to much trouble. Any problems are soon sorted. Their is a great pool and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Also a pool bar.The only thing i would say is the bathrooms could do with a bit updating. But this is not a complaint.

Excellent ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ hotel 😊😊😊 location superb!!! Staff extremely friendly!!! A big shout out to the pool/bar boy he makes the hotel!!! Rooms are spacious and cleaned to a exceptional standard (daily) rooms have a power shower 😊 the pool is a good size (and not cold) and we managed to get a sun bed anytime of the day not a problem 😊 prices for drinks very reasonable 👍 last of all the breakfast very basic but does the job (fried eggs scrambled, boiled French fries beans “chicken sausages” (frankfurter) mushrooms then your cold meats and cheese olives fruit and cereal the hotel has a coffee machine and juice machine at breakfast and very nice it was overall experience was very good I would certainly rate it a 4 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ it definitely deserves this compared to others in the area….a big thank you to the Alkan hotel!!!! 😊😊😊😊🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🫶🫶🫶🫶

The best, 5 stars all around! The overall staff is helpful and sweet, they are all very hardworking and go the extra mile. They ensure everyone is having a great time. The location is great as it is right near all the shops, and the rooms are spacious and there is air conditioning, and a mini fridge in the rooms.

There is a balcony in the rooms, very nice for fresh air and the breakfast is lovely. Access to lifts available. The pool is great, there is a bar, the sun beds and and the overall vibe. I will definitely be going here again, it’s a 3 star hotel but feels like a 5 star one.

I have been to many hotels around Turkey, and in marmaris and this one I’ve had an amazing experience and will definitely come back every year, and will recommend to friends and family. 😊💐

Absolutely loved our stay at the alkan, our room was very spacious with a massive balcony with free air conditioning .. you can ask for extra pillows with no problem, the staff are exceptional and nothing is to much to ask, especially the young boy who works at the pool all day, he made our stay that little bit more special, such a lovely funny guy!! We will look forward to seeing you all again next year 5*

Stayed for 10 nights, in two rooms, with husband and children (15, 12, 10).

Good size rooms/balcony, powerful jet shower, fridge, free air con, pool/sea view, quiet. Safety box approx £20 pw. Cleaned daily to a good standard. Both lift and stairs available. Fab pool, no trouble getting sunbeds, well-priced bar. Decent buffet breakfast included in the price: Turkish breakfast (eg cold meat, cheese, boiled eggs, salad etc), English breakfast (eg fried/scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, chicken sausages, chips etc) pancakes, melon, bread/toast, jams, cereals, biscuits, teas/coffees/water/juices.

Great location: 5 min walk to beach, 30 min walk to the marina - or stop the dolmus bus outside the hotel (costs less than £1pp). Surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars. Plenty of clothes shops, takeaways, 3 Migros supermarkets, Atlantis Waterpark close by.

Owners Arun and Phyllis are lovely people - approachable if you need help or have any requests. A special mention to Resul at the bar, who always takes time to talk to my son (he misses you, Resul!).

Just a really chilled out place...we already can't wait to come back next year!

very nice hotel, only 3 ⭐ but very strong 3 stars ! The rooms are large, clean, as is the bathroom (with a shower), a wardrobe, and a large number of hangers, which is rare. NOW the most important: air conditioning included in the price, and really fast internet in the rooms (YouTube and tiktok without jams). Professional service is very nice and flexible. You can feel free and safe. I got a nice room on the right side of buling the best location ever. The room is not warm from the sun. You can leave the balcony door open and get nice, cool, pleasant fresh air when you get back to your room. In the room, you got a minbar fridge free of charge. The Tv in the room got 1 english BBC work news and as many as 3 Polish channels 4funtv very nice ! Hotel 150% worth the price I hope a lot of new people will choose it because it's really worth it.
Breakfasts are always very fresh, nothing old, everything warm, etc. the same every day, they didn't change much, but they served what I like. Fried eggs, scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, 4 types of cheese, and sausage. If I can tell you if there are other sliced ​​meats, it would be more varied. happy to cone back in further. thanks to all staff for having me ther.

Stayed 5 nights , 1st week of May, brill location, plenty of shops, restaurants and Bars. Carlos Bar located under the Hotel, fantastic staff, great food.

Hotel itself could do with an upgrade, ie Deco in rooms and lobby, rooms still have the old mahogany tables and old style curtains, it's 2023 TV should be fitted with either Netflix or some other form of entertainment, as only few channels work, bathroom and shower too could be more brighter , as the colour scheme continues throughout.

Outdoor pool should be temperature controlled as at time when we swimmed even on a sunny day the water was v cold.

Breakfast was spot on, toast eggs, cheeses, cereals, salads , can't complain, 👏, coffee and Turkish Tea , wow.

Overall a great experience with in the hotel, gave 5 stars as the staff goes out of way to make the stay as comfortable as possible, all are very polite, helpful, credit to the hotel. Keep it up guys, if i do return to Marmaris definitely pick this hotel without thinking twice.

Yeah this hotel really surprised me as its only a 3 star but lovely rooms, best shower in the room I've ever had.
Massive range of food for breakfast both hot and cold, eggs 2 ways, beans, mushrooms, chips(who eats them for breakfast)fresh toast and cereals, coffee and orange squash on tap.
I would diffo stay here again as its closer to an English 4 star.
All rooms and pool area have both 2G and 5G WiFi.

To be honest wasn't sure about this hotel but all I can say is it's great, location, staff, rooms and food. Only a b+b but will defo be booking again, only 2 min walk and your on beach or blue Port or even aqua park

Stayed for 2 weeks with family can not find one single fault, all staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome nothing is too much trouble and they work very hard with the biggest smiles on their faces, atmosphere and location fantastic had breakfast a couple of times as daughter slept late what I had was plenty and I enjoyed it, the pool was amazing and no trouble getting a sun bed, rooms huge and spotless with aircon and WiFi, will definitely return, thanks team Alkan for a fabulous holiday x

Great hotel located on the main road but no noise disturbance for us, we stayed on the 5th floor roadside so a a great breeze which is needed

10 days of total relaxation

Literally in the middle & a short walk both ways to all the bars & restaurants, about 15 mins to the marina & bar street

5 mins walk to the beach

The staff are all really lovely & cannot do enough for you, always smiling & good fun & keep the place nice & clean

There’s air conditioning, hairdryer in the bathroom & fridge, kettle would be good but we paid for bed & breakfast & the coffee machine is nice so no issue at all

The pool is small but more than enough space & never had issues finding a sunbed

Breakfast is basic but tasty & more than enough to start the day

Lunch can be ordered from Carlos Steakhouse out the front & it’s also great food with lovely staff, u can order from the pool bar or walk round to the restaurant, they are open from about 8am until the very early hours of the next morning

Would definitely recommend this place 😊

This hotel was in a great location in mamaris on arrival we were greeted buy a nice lady on reception and check in was easy we were shown our room by arron the room was very clean and spacious in the morning we met all the staff starting with arron then baron and a young man all the staff here couldn't do enough for you nothing was to much for them they would help you all day I would like to say a big thank you again and hope to see you again thanks George and Sylvia and Tina and Martin

Great hotel, lovely staff who look after you. Food is nice. Rooms cleaned daily and bedding/fresh towels. Would defo stay here again.

Stayed here last year for 1st time, came back this year and booked already for next year ...cannot fault anything about this hotel ,great location close to beach and shops bars and restaurants on the doorstep, the rooms are spacious and clean with hairdryer, tv and fridge in the rooms also air conditioning, our room was cleaned regularly and fresh towels....breakfast was very good choice of hot and cold and plenty of it, the staff we're lovely and very welcoming filiz on reception a very nice lady , aren and resul were very helpful and friendly as were all the staff , pool area was cleaned and no trouble getting sunbeds ...would definitely recommend this hotel

Great base camp on the main road running from Marmarus to Icmeler. Rooms and hotel kept lovely and clean, quiet and private pool located at the rear of the hotel, good size balconies. If you are located on the front of the hotel rooms suffer from road noise but nothing a few effesses can't drown out. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent wee hotel local for everything staff treat you like family this is my second visit here and i will be back, the hotel is getting refurbished room will look great when finished 💚
