Grand Cettia Hotel

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are great and really helpful. Stay away from the tiny shop inside the hotel because it is so expensive and I mean expensive. My daughter bought her neice a small doll from there, that would've probably cost a few pounds in B&M and similar shops. In the hotel shop it cost a whopping £37. There is a very reasonably priced supermarket just down the road from the hotel.

Staff are incredibly friendly and can't do enough for you. We are in a separate block from the main hotel where the rooms need a little bit of updating but they are very clean and cleaning staff are always so cheerful. Food is varied and I've never been not able to find something I can eat. Also used the spa several times and Suzi is absolutely brilliant with good firm massage's. The beach takes you about 15 minutes to walk to once you get your bearings. All in all this is a good hotel.

It’s our first time at the grand Cettia hotel and we would 100% return!!! As a family of four - 3 year old & a 6 month old - it’s been amazing, nothing is too much for the staff, the entertainment team are phenomenal & so so friendly, massive variety of food which is different every night and the rooms are very clean which get cleaned daily!

Overall, the hotel is good enough. The service is on the top. Renovation isn't new and some furniture are a bit shabby, but everything is working. Catering is perfect. They are quite far from the see but they have a free transfer. Amazing interment for both adults and children.

Good hotel. Good but not great. Staff friendly enough but all don't chat much or smile. Food was typical fare, not much live cooking for a supposed 5* and whilst varied was still the same ingredients just rehashed daily. Great for kids however as lots of chips and chicken nuggets 😅.

Entertainment team good but 10am wake ups daily to sounds of good morning on the speakers only good if you have kids.

Evening shows were VERY good.

Rooms dated but trying to be high end, was no air con and furniture dated and scuffed etc.

Drinks good on AI and enjoyed around the very clean pool and slide!

Me (24M) & my gf (22F) have really enjoyed our stay. We were the first guests to arrive this season. The hotel is located a short 15 min walk from marmaris beach and also the main shopping strip. The staff here are all very welcoming and professional. Always willing to help you! They have great information regarding the local area. There is also and excursion booth right outside the hotel, they have the best price for excursions. We booked 2. The Jeep Safari and the Dalyman boat trip. They were both very fun and we had a great time. (Take an extra pair of clothes if you do these, you will need them.) There is a taxi rank and bus stop outside hotel aswell. The location is perfect for couples and families alike.

Locally (2min walk) there is a couple of restaurants called Sarah's bar and Jumping Jack's. These are really great and would definitely recommend. The staff are great laugh and speak English. There is also a local supermarket within a 5 min walk as well as a shops for clothes, shoes and bags.

The rooms have a twin bed together with 4 pillows and an extra 2 in cupboard if needed. They are puffy and comfortable. The beds are low but still very comfortable. There is a shower and bath in the restroom. Also in the room is a TV, fridge, hair dryer and safe. The rooms have a balcony overlooking pool. Rooms are cleaned daily, to a very good standard.

The food is really nice, there is different options everyday. The deserts are particularly nice. There isn't much choice each day but what there is, is very nice. The drinks are also very nice, cocktails in particular. There is poolside service of snacks, drinks and ice cream. Plenty of choice throughout the day.

The entertainment staff are a real laugh and amzimg. They always make an effort and they try to get everyone involved. Even when the entertainment hasn't started, they will be around the hotel, talking to guests and doing activities in the pool. The staff in general care about the guests and are happy to have a conversation with you.

All the staff create a welcoming atmosphere and its nice to see the management around the hotel chatting to guests.

The pool is a decent size with a max depth of 170cm. It has a big slide which is fun to go down. There is a kids pool next to the big one which has small slides and climbing equipment.

Overall, I will definitely be coming back to this hotel, I will be recommending Grand Cettia, everytime Turkey is brought up. The local people are very friendly and approachable.

On holiday here at the moment it's absolutely brilliant the staff are so friendly cleaner is round everyday the only thing is the sunbeds there's not enough but everything else I cant fault it

Rooms are a vintage style but clean and sufficient for the purpose. Hotel very clean food varied pool medium sized but not much of an issue as you have use of the sister apartments pool aswell. Perfect for a nice intimate family break has everything you need. Food was varied group of 8 of us only 1 had major issues eating. We would definitely return to this hotel.

What a great surprise this hotel turned out to be.
After reading some bad reviews i was prepared for the hotel to be terrible,
i can honestly say i was blown away with the friendly atmosphere created by every member of staff from the clearers and bar staff and the management and spa staff everyone seemed genuinely happy to help, Ozzy from the spa is a brilliant person and knows everything about the spa and the local area he is a true credit to this hotel.
The food and drink offerings are great always something different on offer and the live cooking stations outside were fantastic and never had to wait long for drinks or food.

The pool area and entire hotel has a really relaxing, safe and enjoyable family vibe to it, i never once felt uncomfortable or unsafe in this hotel.
the rooms are a bit dated however we were informed that they are due for refurb but the current rooms are very clean and maintained to high standard.

a very nice touch seeing the hotel management around the hotel chatting to guests on regular basis and waving us off when we left.

we will definitely be back next year

Food was brilliant for us and the kids . Hotel was clean tidy and accommodating. The staff and entertainment team are amazing from morning to night . Beach literally 10 minute walk . Shops literally all around . Overall fanstastic place to have a family holiday . We are definitely booking here again for next year . Thanks guys us and the boys have had a lovely holiday !!!

We are just leaving after a 7day holiday. Had a great time. The hotel is nice and clean, nothing is too much trouble for the staff.Lots of choice at meal times. Special mention to the entertainment staff who are all fab

Excellent hotel that provides fantastic value for money. Really can't fault anything; the staff are fantastic; friendly and hard working.The food is of a good quality and always hot and pretty varied day in day out. All exclusive offer is good and the facilities are of a high quality and clean.

Absolutely lovely place to holiday in marmaris with the family. Quiet location and on a hill but within a short taxi ride to the madness or even walk it in 20 minutes but was way too hot for that madness in July ha
Food really good, staff really friendly, entertainment great. Can't fault the place if your on a budget.
Rooms are dated but other than that, we would return like many others we met there who keep going back. But we like visiting different places so only if we return to marmaris we will return.

Fantastic family holiday. The hotel was totally immaculate. The staff were constantly cleaning and working to make sure the hotel was perfect. The food was also great. If you're a fussy eater you might find it difficult to eat but they had a beautiful selection of Turkish dishes and freshly cooked food on the grill outside. I stayed for 2 weeks and they had something different on the grill every night. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool and sunbed area was fantastic. Plenty of sunbeds and the children's pool is a kids dream. My son who is 2 and half loved every minute of it. The reception staff are very friendly and good at speaking English. Also there are British reps in the lobby everyday for any queries. Over all we loved the holiday and would recommend to anyone with children.

At the grand cettia now and can't recommend the hairdressing and beauty salon enough. Curly is so good at hair and such a lovely person too.

This is a well run Grand hotel. Great facilities. Lovely lay out. And friendly service. Food best i have tasted in Turkey. Plenty of variety. Plenty of it. And any time i stay there i really enjoy tbe atmosphere. The accomadation always good.

Here august 20th 2020 for 1 week what can i say everything spot on... Loved the morning omelettes as well as the normal traditional breakfast n pastries... From 12.30 there are burgers nuggets chips pizza hotdogs available throughout till 5.30 for anyone to have as many times as like. Rooms cleaned daily and towels changed too. Staff are amazing dont know how they work the hours in the heat but done a fab job. Cleaners are also friendly too. 1st time been here 1st impression as i entered reception was wow. Temperature check on arrival odd time they check u before food but dont mind. Rooms a good size bath and shower and fridge in rooms. Cant faukt this place to be fair looking again for next yr well done everyone at grand cettia oh nit forgetting the laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes for few pound so dont worry you dont av to take too much and theres a cheap shop over rd from hotel to but clothes. Defo recommend delboys store too if you need anything go to him e stocks english items too. Ask him for something if u cant find what you want its not a problem he will make sure he gets it for you. What more could any1 want?

There is a large variety of very tasty food,great waiters especially yasin who always serves you with a smile, you won't go hungry,
Lots of activities for children Great entertainment staff, julia and harry potter are simply fantastic, whilst you relax around the pool with great barmen like mazlum to bring you your drinks ,the pool is very clean with an on site shop ,
You can sauna, Turkish bath,jacuzzi in the spa have your hair done "jack"is amazing in the hairdressers had my lashes and eye brows done "great job and reasonably priced "every thing is here,
It's wheelchair accessible also a doctors onsite,simply a very well run and beautiful hotel

Friendly, welcoming. Staff where very helpful. Kids club was great, always had something on during the day for the kids aswell like making pizzas or the transformers coming to visit. Always a good mix of food at the buffets for breakfast lunch and dinner. There was always fresh made to order pancakes and omelettes every morning. Rooms where clean and maids where very friendly.
