Hotel Sunbay Park

My daughter and I have just had a 10 night stay here and it was fab!!! Ignore previous reviews as they are rubbish. I was myself apprehensive after reading them but we have had an amazing time. It’s clean, the staff are very welcoming and keep things fun 🤩. Lots of good food and drinks been in a great location with shopping, restaurants and a minute walk to the beach 🏖

It was a very enjoyable experience in this hotel, which is distinguished by its location close to markets, shops, beach, and adjacent to the main road. The service is perfect, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious, and the prices are affordable.
We were fortunate that we chose it to spend our vacation in.

Wonderful time at the Sunbay Hotel
We are just back from Turkey we stayed at the Sunbay Hotel Food was good staff was excellent especially Huseyin Bozucu position great wi fi is good within reception pool and restaurant area also cleaner lady was very attentive I will raccomend the Sunbay Hotel to anyone.First time in Turkey and we were impressed.By the way we are from the Sorrento coast and we were impressed by the staff good and attentive attitude toward any guest

Lovely hotel! Aware there were bad reviews but after speaking to the owner and manager and hearing that they are doing what is necessary to turn it back around they are doing a fantastic job! Lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff who can’t do enough for you, food is absolutely delicious whether local or looking for something “English” they have both and are lovely, we haven’t wanted to eat outside the hotel!
Located 2 minutes from the beach, array of bars, restaurants and shops. 10 mins from a beautiful Turkish bath spa that was amazing too!
Room is clean and comfortable and looking forward to coming back 👌⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amazing Amazing hotel. Good food amazing and lovely staff.. enjoyed our best time of the year. Before coming to the hotel we read some really negative reviews but it was completely opposite to that .....amazing hotelllll.

It's our 8th night out of 14 and so far has been amazing!!! Staff are absolutely wonderful and treating us like royalty 😊 food is OK with a lot to choose from, rooms are cleaned thoroughly every 3 days and daily with beds done and clean towels. Can't fault it except for wish we'd have a kettle in our room for a morning hot drink. I was a little worried having read the reviews but now I'm over the moon with service and the kindness of all. Definitely coming here again.

Honestly it was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The food is super good with a wide variety of all international cuisines. Drinks and food were served all day long with even a tea time at around 5 pm serving coffee and deserts. The location is perfect , near the beach and the main street that leads to all the attractions , shops , restaurants , pub etc... The rooms were daily cleaned. The Staff and owner were always welcoming and ready to help with all our enquiries. I'll definitely come back next summer.

Amazing Holiday!
Me and my gf stayed at sunbay park hotel in August and after reading a mix of reviews we were very apprehensive however, we had the most amazing time!The hotel and room were both very nice and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing always something different and new to try.The chefs which all of them were excellent but special mention to burhan the big chef who always greeted us with a smile and helped us out, ( thx burhan usta n his team) The staff work tirelessly and really are a joy to be around!, The location was fab, right next to water sports and not too far from the centre too! We can't wait til next summer :(

It had just opened when we arrived but still one of the best hotels in the area. The rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast menu is so varried and all you can eat for FREE. There's Migros 2 minutes from the hotel. Nice pool and yard for sunbathes. Nice staff and service. Really liked staying there.

The hotel is perfect situated near to the beach. The rooms are cleaned properly every day and the meals are good. Every day there is a lot of choice. The staff is always there to help you.

The hotel is perfectly located close to the beach. All inclusive service is till 22 o Clock after 22 o Clock you can sit in the hotelrestaurant. Personel is very friendly.

Its my second time to marmaris but this hotel exceeded my expectation . For the price we paid im super happy
Will defintly do it again next year

Great hotel but all inclusive bit off let down snacks just in afternoon and just cakes and biscuits staff are ace though
