We loved our stay at Savi House! The hosts and staff were all extremely kind and helpful. They pointed out some nice areas to visit in Nungwi and even helped us book a snorkeling trip. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable (with AC, fan and hot water). It is only a 7 minute walk to the beach. The breakfast provided was always delicious and nicely varied throughout! Savi House has everything you could need and want - we highly recommend staying here.

Superb place for a stay, spent a weekend at affordable price, walkable distance to Nungwi Beach and zanzibar adventures. Good service at the hotel, cleaned pleasant rooms and very friendly family environment. Good hospitality by the staff.

Our experience in Zanzibar just started perfectly getting to to this place. We were tired after a long fligth, our original hotel cancelled our reservation, and Savi House just came to our rescue basically.
The owners are just very welcoming, paying attention to details, and making us feel at home.
Location of the place is convenient for all. Near to the beach, and nice restaurants and bars. And moreover they have great variety of dishes to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. 100% recommended.

I stayed at Savi house during my stay in Nungwi. The staff was very helpful and the owners really great. They took care of us and made sure we felt like home.

Hi everyone. I had been staying in Avocado house for approximately one week in September 2021. It is situated about 10 minutes walk from a beach, souvenir shops, and a small grocery. General impression is GREAT 🥳
The hosts are a young couple who were very nice and amiable. On my arrival they provided transfer from the airport and gave me all information I needed about tours. Moreover, one of the things I appreciated the most is that when I had any questions, the host Anna gave me all support via WhatsApp before my arrival and replied to my messages promptly.

A restaurant was quite lovely and with comfortable with sofas. The breakfast was delicious. Another good thing about their restaurant is that the food and drinks 🍻🍺🍷are at affordable prices. I advise those who like seafood to try Avocado's seafood soup. It was so amazing that I didn't order anything else when I had my dinner at Avocado house.

Sometimes I was lacking a kettle in my room but it is not a disadvantage that would prevent me from not giving the highest rating. It is not a hotel after all 😁

The Savi House was our last hotel during a three-week travel around Zanzibar and Tanzania mainland. We have spent 6 nights in this cozy location and our stay has been very pleasant and comfortable! Freeda has welcome us with a big smile and all the staff - Pili, Amina and Elizabeth - has been great. The owners have been very friendly and happy to accommodate our requests. The hotel is close to the Nungwi main beach (one of the best in Nungwi/Kendwa), just 5 minutes by walking. Breakfast was different every day and always very tasty. Really recommended!

A little bit hided and laid back but super lovely nice place. In less than 5mins you're walked down the way to the beach.

Staff is very welcoming and super friendly and helpful with all your needs.

The common area is made up with nice decoration and relaxing sofas.

The WiFi connection is good and quiet reliable

The breakfast is HUGE 😳 it comes with a fruit plate and a choice of egg... But it's always ALOT. Like, if you order pancake, it will be three big ones. Not one small one as in other places.

The rooms are spacious, having well maintained and really cooling A/C. Bathroom has warm water. The only small negative point could be the mattress... For me it was too soft but that is an individual thing so I don't give it a minus-star.

Definately a very very good choice and nice in price/value when staying in Nungwi.

Nice place to stay! Great staff, the waiter Dula is the best, cheff makes the best food in Nungwi, the recommendation is octopus, tuna steak and pasta with white sauce 👌 and rooms are really clean. In the garden is also nice place for chilling.

It is a wonderful place with beautiful sunsets where you can enjoy all the fantastic colors of the ocean.

I really liked being in this hotel: the food was amazing especially the mediterranean soup, dorado steaks and toasts with avocado.

All staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was perfect both for shoping and swimmind in the ocean.

Navštívili sme Savi House na pár dni, všetko bolo bez problémov, majitelia sú veľmi ústretoví a so všetkým pomôžu. Nehovoríme anglicky a vždy hľadáme Slovákov alebo Čechov , ktorí žijú v danej krajine. Deniska a Ľuboš nám so všetkým pomohli. Ubytovanie je čisté a personál je veľmi milí. Raňajky boli vždy čerstvé a chutné. Je super tráviť čas aj spolu s ostatnými ubytovanymi. Odporúčame aj večere , veľmi dobre varia , všetko nám chutilo.
Krátka prechádzka a ste v dedine alebo na pláži. Spoznáte ako ľudia žijú na Zanzibare.

Zdravím všechny cestovatele na Zanzibar. Včera jsme se vrátili z úžasné dovolené. A k dokonale strávené dovolené neodmyslitelně patří také spokojenost s výborným ubytováním. A Savi House k těmto místům rozhodně patří. Můžeme hodnotit naprosto kladně. Čistota, pokoje s vlastní koupelnou a WC, postele s moskytiérami. Velmi příjemné venkovní posezení, kde si vychutnáte vydatné snídaně, společné večerní posezení. Příjemný personál, vždy ochotný splnit požadavky hostů. Možnost večeří.
