The place is fine. But you should reduce the doctor fees. 15k would be good. Some people do not have this yet they need your service.

They are really slow after paying 45000 to see the doctor you have to wait for almost 2 hours wen the bu nurse are just in conversation 🙄 mukama

Staff enjoying breakfast at 9 am and patients are looking for service
Staff management are very poor
Patients are waiting from 8:20am to see doctor and doctor around but staff first take breakfast than sarve Patients

This place has the worst services in all healthcare facilities I have been to I went to the clinic with sever cough headaches and difficult in breathing and I sat on the waiting line for a whole hour without being worked on I had to live and seek medical attention somewhere else

Extremely bad. Terrible customer care. The nurses are sluggish, with an I don't care attitude. Went there twice with a 4 year old patient, the doctor on duty was serving patients not in the queue. The lady at the lab was on phone all the time.

So disappointed.. My sister hurt her leg started bleeding, rushed to this Mukono branch for assistance after spending an hour those people looking at us because we're using insurance, all they did give us antibiotic and pain killers for 76000 ugx, what a shame. They left the wound bleeding no dressing dressing it no nothing I had to take her to the nearest pharmacy around. Improve on your service. You don't deserve even my half star.
