National Social Security Fund (NSSF),Mukono Office

This people have great customer care, I remember the time I went there to ask about the NSSF 7 Hills Run 2019 kit and I was politely told that it might have been a miscommunication, so I was directed to the main office.

I had called the NSSF customer care number and I was told to pick the kit at my nearest branch (which was here).

I told this guys of how I had called main office and had directed me here.

They apologized of the miscommunication and directed me to main office!

The people here in fact even called the main office guys so that a similar mistake shouldn't be repeated!!

It's homely and looks really nice. Visitor registration on entry is on a tab which I find cool. Although the office gets noisy, the reception is great and the team works closely with all clients to reduce the waiting time.

Excellent team

It holds a court room so security is always tight.
