Was told "guaranteed 100%" that the noise I was hearing was a piece of plastic rubbing the tire. Turns out, it was the transfer case, and driving further on it caused damage.

And when I got my vehicle back, it smelled like an ashtray.

I took my vehicle in to get the dash unit replaced. I got a call from them saying when they took it apart and hooked the new dash up it locked them out of the system. So I had to pay them 130.00 to tow it to a dealership (BZ Auto) who then took 2 weeks to reprogram it and charged me 497.00! And didn't even fix the dash!!!!

Instead of doing just the work requested, they installed unnecessary parts, jacking the cost of repair up over $300. Without even the courtesy of a phone call to discuss the repair. I arrived expecting the cost to be approximately $200, instead I was surprised with a $550 bill. Again, the parts were unnecessary! Total crooks.

The old man there is terrible! He doesnt know how to deal with costumer by yelling at them. Not a good way to do business. Not going back there ever again!
