I had to order here because my order on the original shop of the artist kept being delayed until it got cancel, more than a year and a half later after ordering.

This vinyl was one of my most wanted one so a friend of mine recommended Elusive Disc. I could not be happier that I trusted him on it - the vinyls were greatly protected and arrived in France in mint condition.

I have bought more than a few LPs from them, including preorders, and have always had great service. The LPs are well packaged and shipping is prompt. I love shopping at Elusive Disc. It’s a one stop shop for audiophiles or just any music lovers wanting to buy anything from SACDs to Vinyl records etc. I recent bought 4 headphone stands, The Sieveking Omega Stands. I believe they are the only ones which carry them.

The website is so easy to navigate and checking out is fast. The pictures are so vivid and large and help is quite easy to get.

In fact I had to asked them a favor aftet I checked out if they could get my items sooner because I was leaving the country for vacation. I was surprised that the General Manager himself, Mr. Marcum emailed me that for additional $20 they could get my items just in time before I leave.

That was a great relief. And I couldn’t thank them enough for doing a stellar job of going out of their way to help.

Elusive Disc is an excellent online home audio store. Unlike that other company that comes to mind, they ship your order out quickly and don’t charge sales tax for out of state purchases.

Very quick and packaging was bulletproof! Had ordered from another company that was showing as a pre order. I was then receiving emails on a regular basis explaining that this item was in stock. Waited 3 months and the reply was always, “We are so sorry for the inconvenience. We understand if you would like to cancel. Told them no and that I would wait. After getting the last email stating that this record was “in stock” I called. They blamed it on the distributor. My reply was that I understand that, I just don’t think that they knew what the term “in stock” means. I went online to elusive disc ( since this album was so elusive) and had my doubts. 1. This company said they had it “in stock” 2. They were receiving it from metal blade (the same distributor). It was playing on my record player in 3 days! I know it’s not the end of the world and things aren’t gonna crash because a Fates Warning album didn’t reach me as quickly as I wanted but at least these guys did what they said. I’ll pay for that all day long! Also when I went to cancel with the other company they gave me a hard time and said they hope it wasn’t already out for delivery. I told them that I didn’t think that was going to be a problem and that they should call this company and get the definition for “in stock”. I wonder if they called?

I have been a long-time customer of Elusive Disc and have been extremely satisfied with their level of service and the quality of their products. Recently I purchased the Patricia Barber 1-step vinyl of her Nightclub album. One of the LPs had a defect that I could not remove. When I contacted Elusive Disc, they responded immediately by sending me a replacement disc. I could not have been more pleased with this level of service. This is the type of response one would expect from a trusted bank or your doctor's office. To get it from a company that sells music, well that's just extraordinary! A definite 5-star!

Elusive Disc carries lines difficult to find elsewhere in the U.S., specifically the Phasemation line - and they seem to keep stock, which is something a lot of outlets do not. Instead, they say they're a distributor, but then you get to hurry up and wait for your product to arrive. Not so when I ordered the Phasemation PP-500 cartridge from Elusive Disc. Web site transaction went smoothly and email updates helped assure me it was on its way.

I have bought lots of vinyl and SACD's from Elusive Disc. 100% satisfied with all my purchases including all the Steely Dan SACDs and UHQR albums. Highly recommended!

Bought a Stranger Things vinyl record from ED, shipped the next day and arrived within a week! Was packaged securely to keep the record safe and in perfect condition. Will absolutely be buying from them again!
