Mike from Brent's Towing arrived in a timely fashion to unlock my car. I left the keys in the vehicle and between a cart full of groceries and the frigid temperature 's I was anxious to get into my car. Mike was extremely friendly and professional and I was on my way in just a few minutes. I would recommend this company

Happy to know that I can rely on my thirteen year old Buick. Brent + his team have been servicing my vehicle for over four years and I feel good knowing it's a great car and it's being serviced properly. Brent told me I needed new brake lines because the old ones were rusty. I can really tell a difference when I apply brake pressure; it's like driving a new car. I intend on keeping this car until it doesn't run anymore, and thanks to Brent, I think I that's a goal I can reach :)

Brent and his staff are always friendly and helpful. They explain the things I don't know while still never making me feel like they're talking down to me. Price wise you're going to have to really dig to find a cheaper shop. They seem to always get things done quickly while still doing the job right.

Brent's automotive is awesome! They were able to help me in the most difficult time imaginable. I made an appointment and had to cancel due to circumstances during this time. Brent was so understanding when I called back to see if I could still keep the orginal appointment and he did just that. Fixed my car without hesitation with more than fair charges. Had a flat tire coming out of home. Used my roadside assistance through insurance and someone from here quickly answered the call and recused me. Very friendly, caring, and quick. Was even nice to my son who was all up in his business. Lol. If I ever need help again I really hope they send him again. Thank you for fast and great service.

I locked my keys in my Truck. Filed claim through my State Farm insurance app and requested roadside assistance. Brent's Automotive accepted the service call. I’ve been going to Brent’s for years and they always treat me fairly and kindly. Most recently, I had my thermostat replaced- they did an excellent job and had it done before I got off work the same day. I worked with Scott and he was excellent! Walked me through everything in detail and helped me better understand the situation. Fair pricing and good quality work!

Broke down on highway. Lost all oil pressure. In transit from Michigan to Kentucky. Towed, gave ride to hotel, fixed truck, picked us up and returned us to truck. Very pleasant experience seeing as we were Broke down. Everyone was very concerned about our comfort and safety. Took bad start to trip and made it better.

Dave is a wonderful man who went out of his way to make sure my family and I were okay and safe and had our camper back ASAP! Stuck on the side of the road and he was the only one that would help us! Fix the wheel bearings and our camper and even without past 11:00 to look at it cannot say enough about this wonderful place!

Tire blew on my boat trailer at 3am. One of the guys came with a flatbed and brought it to their shop. Explained everything to me he was doing and hauled it off. 1st thing in the morning I go to their shop and they install a new tire. Quick, affordable, and very professional. Highly recommended!

Nick was the one who fixed my car, and he did a fantastic job.
Brent helped me at the front desk, and it is rare to find an honest mechanic that won't try to cheat you....but not only was he honest, but he also taught me a few tricks to keep my car working and even how to fix it myself. Will definitely be going back!
