Andalusia Health: Emergency Room

As soon as I checked in at the front desk and sat down they were already calling my name. All the nurses were very nice and the doctor was just as sweet as the rest of them. Great experience

Emergency room is top notch, everyone is so caring and they lead with communication. Hospital staff is also top notch. Kind, caring, compassionate, it's clean, food is great. I can't say enough great things about this Hospital.

I just moved into the area and needed care. They whole staff including the doctor was efficient, respectful and friendly. Wonderful patient care.

Oh my goodness. The woman at the front is rude. For a woman her age, I'd thought she would be more compassionate but absolutely not, her attitude is trash. I cannot believe they would hire someone as rude as her.

Went in got set up pretty quickly, but then they sent the 6 doctors who didn't know what they were doing. Sat us down in a room walked in and said "Oops, can't help you, sorry, take a motrin and you'll be fine." Without even doing any form of physical inspection or tests.

Worst Hospital ive ever been to! An absolute joke...Had a motorcycle accident and with intense back pain went to ER at 330am..I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE!!!.Sat in the room for an HOUR until I finally get xrays and see the doctor and he says I have a contusion which he prescribed a worthless Muscle relaxer and Ibuprofen??...meanwhile im still in pain and can barely sit on the toilet and they wont give me anything for pain...Thanks for nothing Andalusia Health...

There is no concern for helping anyone. Nurses are disrespectful to the patients and if the patient gets to see a doctor, they are released without proper care. This place should be investigated!

Took my girlfriend to this place with a hurt hip Dr never let me back with her then sent her home with no meds I call today they told me to bring her back in I can't move her they just want more money witch is b's
