Jewel is the most amazing manager and person to work with at Men’s Wearhouse. After being treated poorly at the Greenwood location, we brought one of our bridal party members to Jewel and were given the royal treatment. She is amazing and made everyone feel so comfortable. Not to mention all of the suits we bought fit perfectly. She’s a suit master. We will always make the drive just to have Jewel.

I've not worn a suit since I've been to jail. It has been a while. I needed a Tuxedo for a wedding. Here was my experience: Someone paid for it, I went in with the receipt number and an ID. Almost no wait, I was measured in 15 minutes. Less than a week later the Tux arrived. Someone helped me try it on. I had a question about the tie, it was resolved quickly! Tux fit & someone showed me how to put it nicely back into the bag. I was only there for 15-20 min? I wore the Tux, drove back to the store, and dropped it off. I was acknowledged the moment I walked in, I placed it on the counter and left 30 seconds later. In total the process took less time than pizza. 12 out of 10. Thank you.

Needed a new suit and found one at a good price. The staff was very helpful. I'd definitely go back. They had a lot of people coming in for wedding rentals, and I thought the staff were very knowledgeable and professional in handling all of that traffic.

Needed a dress shirt that is too big by Walmart or Target. In less than 10 minutes got a shirt, steamed it and paid. Will go back.

I was treated like a king. Loved the experience! Getting married in 4 days, need a suit ready in 3 days, No Problem!

When my fiance was fitted for his tux for our wedding the girl was very careless in fitting him correctly. She rushed right through and measured wrong. When our tuxes came in, 3 days before the wedding his shirt was too short in the sleeves and the pants were way too tight. Fortunately, even though I felt rushed with a new fitting, & afraid that the new shirt and pants wouldn't come in on time, they did, the morning of the day before the wedding. Luckily they fit. They need to take the time to measure accurately in events like this. Anyone, especially a groom or bride to be, would totally agree. Overall, was defiantly happy with the outcome.

We had a great experience at this Men's Wearhouse, particularly thanks to Megan. Our mother/grandmother passed away and our son needed a new suit. Megan was exceptional. She was very compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. We appreciated everything she did for us. Thank you, Megan!

I was wrong about this place. I had posted a negative review earlier... and unfairly. I came back... the service is beyond awesome! I had ordered a suit that FedEx lost. The store owner went out of his way to ensure it got reordered and fitted. I cannot say enough about how hard he and his staff worked to make things right! 5 stars for this Men's Wearhouse' Thank you Mark and Wes! You guys make it happen!

Knowledgeable staff, our salesman Byron, was helpful, professional and so very kind. We were getting a topcoat for my boyfriend, he will be a pallbearer at my brother's funeral in a few days. Our salesman made sure we got what we needed, that it fit well, at a great price. I highly recommend this store.

My son needed a suit for a funeral and we did not have much time to shop. Here at Men's Warehouse our experience was excellent. They are a one stop shop for everything you need. Alterations were done while I waited. Customer service was top notch. Prices were below what I expected. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went in with my husband to get him a suit for an upcoming interview and we were immediately greeted and helped. Kevin was so incredibly helpful and professional. My husband is 6’4” and has very broad shoulders and a slimmer waist so it can be really hard to find suit jackets to fit him without a lot of tailoring. We told Kevin that my husbands interview is in less than a week and he immediately went to work to find something that would fit well without a lot of alterations. In less than an hour (and for a lot less money than we expected) we had a suit, dress shirt and tie.
We had previously gone to the Greenwood store and when we walked in no one even acknowledged us. Multiple associates walked right past us and said nothing. We waited 15-20 minutes and tried to get someone’s attention and then we left and my husband was so disappointed. I suggested we try the one in Avon and he was hesitant at first but we are now so glad we went. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Originally just stopped in to get some cufflinks, but ended up leaving with not only those, but some shirts and jackets as the prices were pretty great! The staff was extremely helpful and quite wonderful.

Sean was awesome. We picked out the suits for our wedding. He was really knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect set up for us. We wound up purchasing the suit for my husband to be. I'm really happy with our whole experience.

Mistakes happen and a coat was left out of one of the tux rentals for a wedding. They were on it even though it wasn't their store that forgot it. They gave us a coat to replace it without hesitation.

I love this place. Byron was very professional and proficient at his job. All of his suggestions to my suits have surpassed my expectations!
