Americas Best Value Inn Arkansas City

Five night stay.It's nothing fancy, but we weren't looking for fancy. We were looking for warm. Our room was clean, with mini-fridge and microwave. I read a previous comment that said the manager was hard to understand, not true. They also said the room was dirty, ours was not. The staff is very nice and helpful also.

I am not homeless actually and he's a liar and I did not say I would stay here after being ate alive by bed bugs. I called the police because he was being very hostile and the police helped me with a ride too best Western which is a great. This guy can't even be honest on his reviews. Just drive thru his parking lot and see how many customers and cats are their and you'll know who's the true scumbag. Have a good day infested best inn.

Inexpensive, clean room. A smoking room at that. The housekeeper was also working the front desk as the owner was away, and a very friendly lady. Conveniently located near a Love's gas and convenience store, dollar tree and several fast food joints, and a new sushi bar across the street, all walking distance.

It was very pleasant the rooms are little old but they are very nice and clean everything was Wonderful for my stay, We was at midAmerica drags for the Nostalgia drags

Have stayed here a few different times on casino trips and not one complaint.... Clean rooms clean bathrooms and very friendly owner.... Planning on another stay in acouple days.

The hotel is placed in a nice location. The rooms were good sized and clean. Great service and friendly staff!

Best motel I've ever stayed at, 4 star rooms, with a 2 star price. Very friendly service, comfortable rooms, clean and welcoming atmosphere.
