I met the Sparks family at their booth at Walnut Valley this year and bought a Gretsch resonator to play while I was in Winfield. I had a chance to stop by their awesome store and see what a top notch business they run. Fantastic customer service and quality all around. I am especially impressed with the care and precision with which my instrument was shipped. It arrived in perfect condition and was packed in triple protection. When I run a bus tour of best music stores in America, Sparks will be on the tour! Until then, I hope to do business with this fine family in the near future.

probably the best experience purchasing a new guitar. my Martin CEO 8.2e arrived via UPS with zero hassle and packed like fort knox!! in hand description from Roger Sparks was 100% accurate and bs free. setup was truly white glove and professional. Roger wanted the strings relaced and he also had the tech check for any setup issues. perfect action and appearance. i give some credit to Martin for making a really nice custom. Roger and his staff are down to earth and really good people. no need to shop the major instrument chains. competetive pricing and unbeatable customer service. thank you.

First to visit and definitely not the last time I visit this friendly music store! Huge selection on all major makes of guitars and accessories! Lot's of fine instruments and band equipment. There's something for everyone in this store, any age or experience. And a lot more knowledgeable and courteous than any music store in or around Wichita!

The guy really knows his stuff. It's certainly cheaper online, but you won't find this level of customer service in your mailbox. Super nice, super professional, super clean store, large selection. Great small business.

I wasn't sure what to expect when we went in to get a replacement guitar string for my son, but they were so helpful! I had no clue really what I was doing, but they replaced it quickly and helped us find a few more things to help him get started.

You can't go wrong purchasing from Sparks Music. I took guitar lessons from the owner as a child and have purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment from them over the years. Supreme service, top quality products and a fair price. You can't beat Sparks Music. Recently my wife purchased a set of harmonicas for me for Christmas and Roger Sparks wrote her a letter personally to thank her for her business. You just can't get that kind of service anywhere else.

Outstanding sales and service of musical instruments, tv's, home audio, car audio, cd's, sheet music, dj/band equipment, and more. They also have in house repair technician and car audio installation. I've done business with Sparks Music for over 30 yrs and I've never been anything but satisfied with the staff and my purchases. Roger Sparks store has the best and largest variety of music and entertainment items that I've ever seen and will continue to have my business for as long as they're open and I'm still around. Sparks is the music store in Kansas. Corrupt Guitar center has been able to have their own brands and have failed! While guitar center is is hugely in debt Sparks is not. When guitar center goes out of business I hope Sparks can sell those brands that guitar center once sold. I have not been able to find anyone as smart as Roger in the music business. I know it is hard to thrive in the music store business but Roger has done it.

Friendliest guys in town! Most knowledgeable, too. They are always more than willing to help, no matter what the issue is. And they always conduct business with a great attitude, neat stories and plenty of good humor!
