Amazing experience! We had been to a couple other competitors and were feeling very overwhelmed. Roger and his staff were beyond friendly. After leaving as original plan was to shop around, we immediately decided no need to keep shopping as we found the bed we wanted. Even better it will be delivered to us within 2 business days of purchasing and we do not live within the “metro” either. HIGHLY recommend!

They were super friendly and helped us as soon as we walked in. They showed us multiple mattresses and listened to what we were looking for. They explained the delivery process and we were out the door in no time! Highly recommend.

Delivery, setup and removal of old mattress was very professional including going through the adjustable base features. Tracking an update for my delivery time also excellent.

Roger was knowledgeable and I liked that he told me Midwest Mattress has an exchange program if I discover during my first year of ownership that the mattress I chose isn't working for me. I exchanged 1/2 of my split king after a couples months and wasn't made to feel bad doing so within the 1 year warranty. Again, was given all the time I needed to find the right fit.
