Iowa Allergy Ankeny

I went to Iowa Allergy for the first time, to get tested. Every person from the receptionist to the nurses were so nice and polite. But more than that, they made me feel completely comfortable. They made me feel like they have known me my whole life, and cared about me.
The place was clean and bright, and it smelt clean and fresh. I would recommend Iowa Allergy to all my friends.

Kyla has been treating my son for his allergies and eczema for the past 3-4 years now. We started in their WDSM office and now we go to their Ankeny office. Kyla is amazing! So much that she took my call one time when my son had a reaction to his shots while she was out at dinner with her family! She doesn’t rush in and out of your appt with her, she thoroughly explains things to you and answers questions. The rest of the staff, nurses and receptionists are amazing as well! Thank you for all that you do always!

Our 7 month old saw Kyla Reyes. We scheduled with McFarland in April and the soonest we could get in was July, so I decided to call Iowa Allergy & was able to get in within 3 weeks! I couldn't wait that long with a baby reacting to food. Kyla & her staff are very kind, professional, and very knowledgable. I was very overwhelmed going in because this is my first child with allergies and we discussed our history, did testing & explained everything and then came back and talked me through a treament plan and things I could do & use & things I shouldn't do & use. She was also on time. We showed up about 30 minutes early in case we had any extra paperwork to do and we were seen by her at our appointment time. She was also very understanding about any "delays" with a 7 month old & my 9 year old who tagged along with us. I would highly recommend Iowa Allergy & Kyla Reyes!

I love this clinic! Dr. Kyla Reyes has helped so much with my allergies and asthma! I can not say enough good things! From her bedside manner to how informative she is, she has been a joy to work with. Also the nurses and reception staff are always very helpful! I even want to make note of the hold music/advertisement, it’s so refreshing to not hear elevator music while on hold. Overall I would and have recommended Iowa Allergy to many of my friends and family!

I can not express enough how wonderful our experience was. From the setting of the appointment to being seen was phenomenal. The knowledge and professionalism was outstanding. Everyone at the clinic showed sincere care for my daughter.

I have a multitude of rare and unusual medical conditions. The doctors and all other staff members have been wonderful in helping address those issues or work around them. I recently had a very dangerous medical condition occur and on the off chance any of my injections done here could have affected or caused it, I asked. I got an immediate response and all further treatment postponed until I saw a specialist and got approval to continue. If I hadn’t asked and got a very quick response from Iowa Allergy, things could have gone very different in a bad way. I’m extremely grateful and very happy with the care I receive in this office!

We take our daughter here she’s 2. I was very nervous about taking her but they made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. Their entire staff is so great with her. They helped us figure out what’s going on and explained it so simple. I’m glad they have such great people working here!!

Iowa allergy Ankeny ia is a great place to go if needing allergy treatment. Me and my kids have been getting allergy shots for about a year and started going to the Ankeny location when they opened. Staff is nice and helpful. They do their best for my kids needs as my kids hate getting shots. They are patient with them. Thank you guys.

At first I was afraid, I was petrified. Never knowing how I have lived with asthma inside. I spent so many nights wondering how I'd get along, but thanks to Dr Reyes now my lungs are strong!
And now I'm back,
The whole experience was a joy to behold. The staff were attentive, friendly and caring. The office clean and organized. 10/10 would visit again for asthma and allergies!
