I'm very new to this world of ring shopping, but Greenberg's made it a lot easier. They were fair and explanatory and showed me everything I needed to see. If you're wondering where to go for an engagement ring, I would definitely recommend Greenberg's.

Natasha at the Ankeny store was very helpful and found the perfect ring for me. She was very patient helping my husband and I work through what I thought I wanted and what our bank account would allow. I’m very pleased with our “compromise” choice! Would highly recommend this store.

I would like to see the rings first before I make any comments. But Tasha has been great to work with. We are in Florida so there is a time gap. I feel positive everything will be terrific.

Dominique helped me find the perfect engagement ring and wedding band! She was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. I will be coming to Greenberg's for the foreseeable future for all my jewelry needs.

Each time I go into the store I always have a great experience.
Tasha has helped me a few times and even in a pinch for my wedding bands as I waited until the last minute.
This last time I came in to get my ring cleaned Tabitha helped me and was very nice. I had a diamond loose so it needed to be sent in to get fixed. She assured me my ring would come back good as new 😃

I had been trying to get ride of my engagement ring for awhile now and Nicole offered me a trade in option and helped me pick out two beautiful pieces to replace something I could no longer wear. She was nice and not pushy about anything.

I visited different jewelers when shopping for an engagement ring. Greenberg's was not only the fairest priced; but also, offered me the highest quality diamond, at half the price of competitors. Sterling was my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and I would not have found what I was looking for, without her help. I received a 1.3 carat, nearly perfect diamond, for less than $3500. Highly recommend.

I’m posting under my wife’s google account as I do not have my own. My name is Crystal and I want to say THANK YOU to Greenbergs Jewelers for all their help!! I originally went to another jeweler to have my ring cut off (I have had it on for 3 years and needed it off for an MRI I’m having). Long story short, the other jeweler stated they don’t cut rings off anymore, go to a smaller jeweler. Unsatisfied with that answer, I called Greenberg's and Jake was very nice and helpful on the phone and when I went in tonight Tasha was extremely nice, helpful and professional!! I couldn’t have asked for better service. I will definitely be going back!! Thank you again!!

The entire staff at Greenbergs made us feel very comfortable. Nicole was quick to determine exactly what we were looking for and presented us with many options. I highly recommend seeing Tasha at the Ankeny location! She was wonderful to work with. We did everything over the phone and online and a quick pick up in the store and I was out in 30 minutes. Can’t say enough good things about their staff!

This place has an amazing selection of rings at reasonable prices! The staff has always been absolutely wonderful. Jake at Greensburg's in Ankeny has been my go to guy! I was so nervous on getting the right engagement ring and he helped every step of the way! Jake was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and overall made it a wonderful experience. My fiance and I just went for wedding bands today and she is thrilled with what we left with! Could not recommend this place more!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to find the necklace we were looking for and even found items to put on our wish list. I would 100% recommend the store to anyone and my daughter even said we would give them 1000 stars because of how great an experience it was.

I went in to the Greenbergs in Ankeny and left with the most beautiful engagement ring I could have ever asked for. The person I worked with was extremely helpful and worked within my budget to get me the ring that I proposed to my now fiancé with.

I asked if the jeweler could change some earrings for me that my sister had given me. Rather than making me wait 10 days they did it right on the spot. I also asked about a diamond ring that was my mother's. They cleaned it and took a look at it to make sure that the diamonds were set well. I was so blessed by the personal service. Dominique provided excellent customer service.

Tabitha and Nicole did an excellent job helping us pick out and design the perfect ring. We didn’t know a ton about ring shopping when we went in and they talked us through everything and helped us so much. I picked out one that was way out of our budget, but Tabitha worked with different vendors to customize the perfect ring and kept it within our budget. Truly amazing service from both of them helping us get the perfect ring.
