My husband and I ended up here just as a little weekend away from home. The service was amazing although I forgot to catch the lady's name ( she works second shift.). We were able to sit in the bar and watch tv and just hang out together. The rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms and beds were impressive especially for the price. Breakfast was simple but there's was still plenty of options. Hot tub was great, pool was a little cold but it is winter time. I loved the green tea Bathroom products. We ordered in from a local restaurant and dinner was delicious as well. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

We always stay here when visiting this area. Always friendly service and clean rooms. Unfortunately, there was a big dog that must have been left alone in the next room, and it kept barking, making ours bark.

We opted for the two bedroom king suite while staying since we were traveling with two younger children and they needed room to stretch after and before our long car rides. This room did not disappoint. Though we didn't make time to enjoy the large whirlpool tub, it was nice to have that as an option. The young man at the front desk at check in was so polite. My kids loved the pool area and the breakfast was wonderful too. Rooms were very clean and the hotel in general was great.

Traveling by motorcycle and this was a great night's rest. Nice clean rooms with plenty of USB ports to charge phone and GoPro cameras. Spa and pool well maintained and had a good time visiting with other travelers while relaxing. Would definitely come back to this establishment.

We didn't actually stay here but I wanted to leave a review regardless. Upon arriving, their systems had locked them out and we couldn't check in, so we decided to stay a bit to see if they could get them online. We chatted with the lady at the front, which she was incredibly sweet. Her manager had came in to solve the problem but after awhile it seemed grim. They eventually had asked us where we're heading and gave us advice for towns ahead and places to stay. Super nice lady, amazing service with her and she even chatted with nearby kids about the tea/coffee station ❤

Service was great, every amenity you would need including alcoholic drinks and a decent breakfast. Catering to the local attractions, they have motorcycle only parking. Right next to J&P cycles which isn't much to see, and very close to the motorcycle museum (until it closes September 2023). Staff was very helpful in recommending the local park with the caves and Jones County local for a place to eat. Both were very worthwhile stops. Very worthwhile stops.

Always a good stay. Rooms are clean and generally in good repair. Breakfast is reliable, hot, and actually a good breakfast 🥞🍳🍖. Pool is somewhat warm.

DON'T YOU DARE TELL ME YOUR HOT TUB PART HASN'T BEEN REPLACED YET.... JUST TELL US THE TRUTH.... AFTER 3 YEARS IT AIN'T OPENING AGAIN!!!! How about use your guests connections to your advantage. Write up a small detailed description of the problem listing the pool heater name print out 4x6 flyers and have them available at the front desk and see if guests can solve your problem for you. We have ALL been waiting 3 years for a solution!!!!

Parking is easy and always close. Lounge and bar offer decent drinks in the evening. Front sitting area is very comfortable and the hotel offers wifi and a computer.

Beds could be more comfortable.

We love this hotel. We rent multiple rooms several times a year. Our families also rent the small business room for events on a regular basis. Thank you so much for being in this location and being available!!!

Day 1 breakfast was enjoyable, day 2 was leftovers, waffle batter empty by 7am, orange juice horrible, sausage gravy was pasty on day 2.

Front desk service was great. Our room was so comfortable. Best night sleep I have ever had at a hotel. The breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Don't miss this hotel. A great place to stay in Iowa. Even if you travel out of your way to do so, enjoy this wonderful hotel on your next trip. We loved it.

$5 public swimming during the week. It's a quick skip off 151, truck parking, big lobby, the pool and hot tub area is very clean.

The hotel was well maintained, clean, comfortable and gorgeous. The staff were all awesome. It was easily accessible from the highway. Perfect location for our needs!

We stayed on 6/9/22, our stay was absolutely great. We got in late. Around 8:15pm. I had made a reservation on the way there, the online reservation was super easy. Check in was even easier. The man working was super friendly, checked us in quickly, remembered not only his regular guest by name but us too. I asked about food as we hadn’t had dinner yet. He let us know that they had frozen pizzas they can make, as well as listed off each restaurant in the area that delivered to the hotel and until what time. I stay in hotels weekly. I haven’t had that in a long time! Most front desk workers just want to check guests in and get back to sitting in back. I unfortunately didn’t get his name to give him proper mention. We wound up getting a frozen pizza at the hotel. He was making one for another guest when I went down to order it, however, he said he would put it in next and call out room when it was ready. He sure did and it wasn’t long at all. My 12 year old son actually answered when he called. He was polite with my son and treated him just like a regular guest too. As well as complimented him on how well he did on the phone and how good his manners were. That gentleman is the prime example of true hospitality and deserves a huge pat on the back. I’m the morning we went down for breakfast. Everything was plentiful, hot, fresh, even the biscuits were soft and warm. Most places they’re just room temp or cold and sometimes hard. Not here! The lady working in the morning was friendly as well. When we checked out she genuinely thanked us for staying as well as asked us how our stay was. It was great having conversations with the employees and not feeling rushed and even hearing a little about the area. It also helps I’m a Harley rider and will definitely be considering a stay on a trip in the future!

Great place to stay. A bit pricey, but it's worth every penny you pay for it. Nice, new, quiet and built of concrete, not wood. The customer service team is outstanding. I really appreciate it a lot for staying here even better compared to my home. Thank you!

Had a great stay here, staff was great, everything was clean, and the breakfast was awesome!! All the Harley paintings were great to see!! Would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! I have so many memories attached to this place. I have been coming here almost every year for family reunions! The staff is absolutely wonderful! They make us feel right at home every time we visit! Everything is always so clean, and well maintained. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. I will continue to come back every year to have more memories with my family!

The Americinn in Anamosa... is a really nice place, the ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and abundant, and the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't use the pool; but, it looked to be well maintained.

So I would just like to thank Kathy, the manager, as well as the hard working staff that keeps this hotel running smoothly, and I would especially like to thank the people in housekeeping that keep the rooms and the facility so clean and tidy, and a special thanks to Melody for pulling double duty of cleaning the rooms and running the front desk. Everyone here does an amazing job.

I would highly recommend that anyone traveling to, or through, Anamosa stop in and spend the night. You'll be glad that you did.

The hot tub was out of order, but the stay was still great. Housekeeping was excellent. Spent 2 nights here. Breakfast was great. Enjoyed family time in the pool too.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay and will do so again

Great place. Friendly staff. Kids loved the pool. Rooms were awesome. Breakfast great. Nobody complained, even the kids ages 9, 7, 18 months.
