Captain's Getaway

Great little dive bar in Arnold's Park that is attached to a larger multi level bar area with a nice stage for live music. Has Tvs for sporting events, an area with comfortable couches and many table options. In warmer times roof top bar is awesome with great Lake Views.

This is a great place to enjoy amazing music, fantastic drinks, and food better than I ever expected. The quesadilla is one of my favorites, but their smash burger is probably one of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. Props!

The smash burger was way better than anticipated! It was a dang tasty burger. The fries were good too. The Buffalo wings were yummy and well prepared, not greasy. The service was great too! Our server was so lovely and attentive. The atmosphere is also great! The views on the rooftop are nice and it's a fun spot to relax or get started for the night.

This place was lit! Had a live band Junk FM and they were great. Wouldn't mind seeing them again that's for sure. It was packed on a Saturday night and we didn't have to wait hardly at all to get a drink.

I was here last weekend and saw Grunge Pop. What a great change from the usual country lineup! You need to have that band back every year. I was there Friday and then came back Saturday to see them again! Great bar. Great atmosphere. Great band!

The Captains Getaway was a load of fun. The drinks were tasty and the views of the lakes were awesome. Our bartender was hilarious.

We enjoyed a beer on the lower level before the Jackson Dean concert. Both the lower level and the concert area staff were very friendly and efficient. It was a fun place to watch a concert.

The Rooftop has an Amazing view!!

Best rooftop bar at the lakes for watching the sunset. Service is fantastic and the staff is friendly. Always been my favorite bar at the lakes.

Overall I was only going to give a 4-star rating, until our occurrence with the owners No-Mask policy. TONS of respect to the owner and the no mask policy.

The smash burgers were amazing. They are a must have when coming here.

The drinks could be a bit better seeing as this is a bar, but overall they have a great selection to choose from. Like most bars, some drinks are better than others.

Rooftop bar area is pretty cool.

Had a few drinks on their rooftop patio. Great views. Awesome service. Warm day but breeze on rooftop was pleasant. Will return.

This place was a lot of fun! Came here two days in a row to watch the live shows. There was plenty of space available from the main floor, 2nd floor and in the summer a roof top is available 😀. I will definitely be back.

Great place for live music and incredible drinks! The bar staff are top notch and the venue renovations put this place over the top!

Great set up with balcony overlooking stage And a rooftop bar! John Morgan was Amazing! This guy reminds me of a dark-haired Allan Jackson! A truly soulful singer But also an amazing songwriter !

Gotta check it out for yourself. Great atmosphere and service. Entertainment is a must see!

Had so much fun on Emo Night! I didn’t know they had those around this area lol All the bartenders were super nice and most patrons were looking out for each other, they need to get new locks on the bathroom stalls though

Great prices and great drinks. Paying for water sucked but other than that it was a good time.

Great line music venue!

This place has got it all! Upstairs is awesome if you want to watch the band. Downstairs is great if you want to tear the rug up. Fast service even when its packed. I highly recommend this as a destination stop.
