Very nice, clean, and updated gym. The pool is very user friendly and family friendly. Plus, the weight room has everything you could ever need weight wise and cardio wise.

Nishna Valley YMCA is a great place. There are lots of wonderful exercise classes and activities serving a wide range of ages. All of the employees are friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean. My husband and I love the Silver Sneakers classes and the Water Arthritis class. The facility is an amazing asset for Atlantic.

Being new to the area.. Im feeling really excited about learning the area! And the YMCA offers Child care and Adult programs..and dont forget the Dad Olympics this coming weekend!

The Y is awesome. It is well managed and is an excellent facility, especially for this size of community. My kids enjoy the pool and child care is provided to members.

GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR OWN EXERCISE BY YOURSELF OF WITH OTHERS AND EVEN AT YOUR OWN PACE IF YOU CHOOSE. GREAT PLACE TO MEET NEW PEOPLE ALSO. INSTRUCTORS ARE EXCELLENT IF YOU CHOOSE TO TRY A CLASS THAT MIGHT APPEAL TO YOU WITH NO STRINGS ATTACHED. GIVE THEM A TRY BY YOURSELF OR JOIN IN WITH YOUR FRIENDS OR OTHERS YOU CAN MEET !!!!!!!

I can't express enough how much I appreciate the YMCA in Atlantic. It is affordable and I am able to get exercise with water aerobics as my arthritis in my knees limits me. Ty!
