Mike saved my vacation in Chicago by being the only mechanic in Altantic, IA to work on Saturdays. When my coolant pump broke down on Saturday, he towed me and fixed the part. I was back on the road in only half a day. Other mechanics would have left me waiting until Monday. I cannot thank him and recommend him enough.

Very friendly and very understanding. I recommend him when he isn't backed up with other vehicles that need fixing. He tries very hard to get your vehicle in if he's backed up.

Mike and his guys are the best! My son broke down on I-80 on his way home to New Hampshire. After a tow to the shop Mike found parts from several parts stores and got him back on the road in less than 2 hours. Good folks over there in Atlantic!

I had been hoping to coax my exhaust system into staying intact until I got to Chicago, but instead it decided to fall down and start dragging on my way to Atlantic. My AirBnb hostess recommended Mike, and he and his mechanic proved to be as fair and responsive as other reviews have stated.
I didn't have him replace the exhaust, because I'd have to wait a day or two for parts to arrive, Instead he interrupted his other work for his mechanic to cut off the muffler and exhaust remnants for only a modest charge, so I could chug onward to Chicago where I would get a replacement exhaust system.

Driving across country and our alternator started to die. We picked one up at auto zone and then found Mikes shop online and he said to bring it by. Thanks to The Shop, 45 min later we had our new alternator installed. Mike and the mechanics were honest and upfront!
