This is our go to store and it is well stocked and has a top notch, very helpful, and knowledgeable staff. It's very convenient as well. I highly recommend Ed's over the chaotic runaround at Home Depot any day

Love this store, it always has what I need. As a seasoned veteran at Ed's, it makes my hardware store trips very enjoyable. I am able to easily find what I need for my project and if I can't, the staff is very knowledgeable. A great family who sells great products. If they don't have something they can certainly order it for you!

Ed's is always dependable. As soon as I walked in, a nice gentleman helped me find what I needed. It always feels like a mom and pop store. I remember going there as a kid with my dad. They are very nice, and always have whatever I'm looking for. You can't really get that at a big box store 😁

This is a great, family-run hardware store. They have a large inventory and provide excellent customer service. If you have a question about a home project, just ask - they have the expertise and are more than happy to help. Honest, hard working, knowledgeable, friendly folks.

Ed's hardware has again proved to be my go to store before going to the big name place. Needed something, bought the wrong thing. Went back and asked for help. Easily returned the wrong item and with their help went home with the correct item. No hassles, quick and easy and always friendly.

As always nothing but a good experience here. Unlike other stores staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. In and out in under ten minutes. Staff is quick to greet and offer help. When ever I ask for something they know exactly where it is. They know their store like the back of their hand, which saves me time.

Oftentimes we forget about our local shops such as Ed's Hardware & I'm sorry. Why because the big chain stores have cornered the market in just about everything especially location. Well I went here and they had 2 screws that I needed and its cost .50 now try finding that at the chain stores and they just can't do it. Let alone I've gone to Home depot several times just like everyone else, and the customer service was horrible. Self serving employees that hide, not my dept. Or no experience in the dept. They're representing.

Always shop here first. Prices are very comparable to the big box stores and I love to support local businesses. They’ve always answered my questions, assists while looking for things and even will order parts if needed. And they actually call you when it comes in. Can’t get better customer service than that.

I've been going to Ed's Hardware only a couple times now. I think maybe 4-5 times and every time has been a good experience! I will tell you... since I been going to Ed's Hardware, I don't go to Home Depot anymore... due to their poor customer service! If you want to go to a place that feels more personable, get what you need and get treated with good customer service go to Ed's Hardware in Naugatuck!!!!

Always great, very helpful, very knowledgeable and extremely nice and caring. Couldn't ask for anything better. Been going there for years, always will. Great family owned business, not very many left but this one is very much worth going to.

Since moving to town, i've been using this store regularly as it is a quick saunter over instead of driving to bigger stores. For a small shop, they have alot of what you need for small merch; prices tend to be a bit higher than big box especially in tools but i'd still suggest buying from them anyway (if you think in scale of buying power between stores, its reasonably priced). Good customer service too!

Going to Ed's is always a great experience. Bob, Tracey and the gang are always helpful. Prices are good, and customer service is off the charts! A local gem for sure.
