Just had a delightful weekend camping trip there this past Labor Day weekend. The office staff was very nice and the permanent campers were very accommodating and friendly. We’re hoping to get a permanent site some day.

My husband and I enjoyed our time there. I wanted to have a get-a-way retreat from every day life. It was quiet and peaceful in the off season.

We stayed here a couple of times. Each time we come back there's more stuff for the kids to enjoy. Staff are super friendly and professional. They have everything you may need at the general store. Bugs are a problem sometimes especially near the dog park. This can be fixed, with some Talstar P, relatively cheaply.

Amazing family campground that has activities for kids and adults every weekend. Very clean and well maintained campground. Lots of near by attractions too! Our family has been going here for a number of years now and the owners are always upgrading and improving an already nice campground.

We just leased a seasonal spot today. The grounds are well maintained. The bathrooms are clean and updated. The staff we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. We can't wait to move in next season!

We highly recommend this campground. We had a long trip planned with many unknowns on where we might stay and this became one of our stops. They were extremely accommodating and live on site so were always available if needed. The bathrooms are updated and CLEAN. We did not use the store but did get propane refilled. The area is quiet and nestled in some woods so cell service and wifi they have can be spotty but it's a great place to get away. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a nice campground. We had a great weekend. We stayed in the cabins, they were spacious and clean. The kids had lots of activities to keep them busy and the Kinzua Reservoir is right down the street. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a nice little pool for the kids and the office even had DVD’s to rent on the one night it rained a bit. My family will definitely be staying here again.

What a great campground! Family friendly, heated pool, large sites in either open sun or in the woods and great things for kids to do. Just check out the massive Legos. Only downside for us was that the dumpsters were not bear-proof and the bears know there's easy picking here. We were greeted by a bear in the dumpster. We did not walk to the bathrooms after dark.

Great value. Cabin, campgrounds, bathrooms, etc were all clean and in good order. Wasn't the best campground we've been to, but it was a great experience for the price. The staff was friendly, even when there was a misunderstanding about our stay. There were activities for the kids, most notably the huge legos and the bounce pillow. The firewood was affordable and abundant. There were no bathrooms in the cabins, but at this price, we can deal. I recommend.

My family and I loved Red Oak! We got to camp and relax and found a place to swim and jump off a pier and have some fun!! The picture with the water is at Webb’s Ferry down from Red Oak. Both places are beautiful!!

Amazing campground. Shower was great, staff were the nicest people. Star's are everywhere because it's on top of the mountain. Camper hookups made for a great week.

We stayed here in 2016 and had a wonderful time. We loved to walk around the campground and see how year round campers decorated their sites. They do a great job and was very classy. They also had live music and games.

Extremely kid friendly camp. Always something for the kids to do on the weekends. Friendly staff, great prices, play ground, pool, volleyball and basketball court, ceramic shop, renovation being down on a new bathroom and washing area (summer of 2020), game room, and a camp store.
